We live on the property, but are pretty separate, so not in your space. However, if you need anything at all, I am here to help, loan or give directions/suggestions!!! :)

Other things to note

The cabins are presently internet and TV free.....partly on purpose :) They are meant to be simple, quiet and a step out of the hustle and bustle. I have stocked them with books and board games and hope people can relax, engage, connect and breathe in the lovely high desert air.

The property, though secluded, has everything you could possibly need. Megan was incredibly accommodating, even for a group of 7 guys in the area for a brewery festival. I will highly recommend this place to friends and family.

Our adult family of five, one large dog and a small puppy, arrived not sure what to expect after driving through the high desert looking for an oasis. The pictures captured the look of the place, but not the feel. We were pleasantly surprised to be surrounded in aspens with green grass and delightful cabins. Megan has thought of everything! The thoroughness of each cabin amazed me. The kitchen cabin was complete with blender, griddle, 3 different pots for your coffee taste all the while maintaining an "Alaskan" feel of rustic charm. Plenty of room, books, and games. The bath cabin was stocked with towels and toiletries, a washer and dryer, and more books and a chair to enjoy them. The sleeping cabin was comfortable and had an AC to cool us down before bed after the 97 degree days. There was a ceiling fan and the cool nights tempered the hot days. Oh, yes, and novels new and old. My favorite was the out-of-door areas; places to sit and visit, read a book or have a private talk. We ate under the canopy of lights, cooked on the BBQ, had corn hole tournaments. Evenings at the camp after a day of hikes, breweries, shops and stops was definitely my favorite. If you are planning a trip to the area, I can totally recommend this jewel of an oasis. Eating outside under the canopy of lights. If you are considering a visit to Crooked Creek Camp I think you will be pleasantly charmed

This little oasis is just what we were looking as a place to get away before a friend's wedding. The setting was designed exquisitely and Megan was very easy to communicate with regarding our stay. She was also very helpful in accommodating our need to change the dates of our trip at the last minute. I will definitely keep this place in mind for future get aways with friends or family.

Megan's set up is incredible and we wish we could have stayed longer. We enjoyed the fire pit and playing cornhole. Perfect setup for a family or a group of friends looking to enjoy each other's company without the distractions of a television. She also has great taste and her place is expertly decorated and the garden is so beautiful.

I traveled with my boyfriend and his 8 year old daughter. Megan was so friendly and helpful! We really got a chance to relax, and loved all of the animals and amenities on the property. Our 8 year old LOVED the sleeping loft and and wanted to live up there. We really, really want to come back... so much peace and quiet.

Megan's place is great! She really takes the time to make sure her guests have everything they need before and during their stay. The cabins are cozy and have all of the essentials, including board games and plenty of indoor and outdoor places to hang. I wish we could have stayed longer! There are so many beautiful places to see in the surrounding area, so I wish we could have stayed another day and spent more time enjoying both the surrounding area and the cabins! I went with 5 girls but felt that we could have slept more comfortably.

We love being out here in Crooked River Ranch with space, peace and quiet :) We are close to everything, Bend, Redmond, Smith Rock, golf, wineries, hiking, fishing, boating......but tucked into a private little oasis. Our history is between Oregon and Alaska. Two of our boys are grown and gone....a commercial fisherman in Alaska and a member of the United States Air Force! Got one kiddo still at home :) We love travel, entertaining, college football and nights out with family and friends! As hosts we hope people find our cabins as cozy, quirky and fun as we do. We are happy to share ideas, suggestions and local favorites with our guests, or we are happy to leave you on your own and let you have your privacy! . We are on our second year now with Airbnb and have been thrilled with our experiences, new friends and the reviews from our guests so far! Reviews are HUGE to me! I take them very serious and personal! If there is something that can be remedied by contacting me, please do so first and give me the chance to "fix" it. Above all I want people happy and content here!!!
