Come enjoy a visit to our home that is perfectly located to take full advantage of all of the fun that Clemson has to offer. We are located a short mile away from the entrance to campus, and just two miles to all of the major grocery stores and downtown.
Our home has two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms available to our guests. We have a closet full of extra linens, blankets, towels and pillows. There are also three couches which can easily sleep extra people. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances available for your use.
This is our primary residence, so because of that a few of the spaces will remain private from guests. Our bedroom and bathroom are off limits, as well as the workshop in the basement. All other areas are available for our guests to enjoy. We ask that you do not touch the motorcycle or bikes in the garage.
Interaction with guests
Because this is our primary residence, the weekends we have listed as available are weekends that we plan on being out of town. We will be available during your check in, but cannot guarantee we will be available during your checkout. Feel free to call us or email us at anytime for assistance.
Other things to note
We have a cat! His name is Bubb Rubb and he is incredibly friendly. We ask that our guests treat him nicely and with respect. He comes and goes from inside to outside, so if you see him standing at a door, feel free to let him in or out.
Downstairs we have workout equipment and a very large rock climbing wall. Guests are allowed to check it out and get a work out in if they choose. Please be safe. Rock climbing is a very dangerous activity and if done unsafely, it can lead to serious injury.
There is a laundry room downstairs available for your use. Washer, dryer, and drying rack.
We ask that our guests do not smoke indoors. We have three porches, one being a screened in porch for our guest to use if they choose to smoke. We also ask that you do not use our indoor fireplaces. There is a very nice outdoor firepit on the back deck with firewood for you to use. Please be safe.
Please keep the number of guests you bring to visit to a minimum. We live in a very quiet neighborhood.
