Chic 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in the exclusive Carré d’Or district, close to all the amenities and with a private patio to relax after a busy day. Sleeps 2/4. Air-conditioning. On first floor with lift (elevator). Close to top quality restaurants, shops, museums and old town.
Situated in an elegant street in one of the smartest areas of Nice, this apartment is located in a traditional building. The apartment is on the first floor and there is a lift (elevator). It's ideal for a couple or small family looking for a quiet apartment that is close to all major amenities including restaurants, shops, sea and railway station.
Nice can get very hot between June and September but we provide air conditioning to keep cool. In addition the patio is very shady and is pleasant to eat out under the big umbrella. The patio is extremely unusual for a city apartment and has a parasol, table and chairs to allow you to entertain or just relax on warm balmy evenings away from the crowds of central Nice.
The main room serves as the living area and open plan kitchen. The living area has a folding table and chairs, and large sofa bed sleeping 2 people. For entertainment there is a TV, DVD player and music centre. The high ceiling helps gives a feeling of airiness. The leaded lights in the doors are an original feature and add to the charm.
For those wishing to self-cater, the open plan kitchen is fully fitted with;
Electric cooker and oven
Electric toaster and kettle
Washing machine (in a separate cupboard).
Leading off the lounge is the bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobes. The shower room has a washbasin and WC.
You will have sole access to the entire apartment.

Carole and Steve first visited Nice in 2005 and it was love at first sight. We love the place, the people and the lifestyle and eventually plan to spend about half the year in Nice and the rest in England. We take great pride in the properties and always view things from our guests' perspective to make sure that everything is run to a high standard.
