Great location

A truly Brooklyn experience! Our classic warehouse conversion loft has high ceilings, exposed brick, and two real bedrooms, furnished with everything you could need.

Even better than the space is the location, at the heart of all Williamsburg has to offer. When you decide to venture out of the neighborhood, choose from the L train (2 blocks) or the G train (4 blocks), or have a nice 10 minute stroll to the river for the ferry. Ubers always within 3 minutes, and there's ample street parking too.

The space
We've got a 1000 sq ft loft available while we're traveling.

It's in the heart of Williamsburg - arguably the most happening spot around for endless food, art, shopping, and music options.

You could spend your whole trip here, but since you'll probably want to explore, you'll be happy to know that we're just a block and a half from the L train @ Bedford Ave, which is just a few short stops from the coolest parts of Manhattan as well. Even if you're going all the way to the west side (stop 5) that's about 10 minutes.

There is plenty of free street parking as well.

The apartment is a classic loft conversion with brick, exposed beams, and 12' ceilings. The kitchen is great for cooking, and fully stocked with coffee, a juicer, and all the regular cooking supplies you might need.

The living space is big and open. There is a new couch since these photos were taken, and it has a comfy chaise that is close to the size of a twin bed. There's also another couch that's also roughly the size of a twin bed that can be made up for a 6th guest. If you prefer there's also a queen sized air mattress available for the living space.

The 2 private bedrooms are comfortably furnished. One room is clearly the grown-up's room with a full sized bed, the other has a lofted twin bed (futon mattress). From the outside the loft looks like a house, and has stairs that go up to it, not a ladder. Kids of all ages (and the young at heart) have enjoyed sleeping up there, and it's also comfortable for two, but no hanky panky at that height please! :)

In the room with the loft there's two additional twin bed options for under the loft, or you can use the queen air mattress. It will take up much of the remaining floor space.

Nice linens are provided. Bedrooms don't get a lot of light, so between that and the peace and quiet you might be tempted to sleep in.

There's an extensive collection of books and movies, & free wifi, but no TV.

If you have kids, there are lots of kids books and toys tucked away that your littles are sure to enjoy exploring, plus kidsware in the kitchen and a Stoke high chair too.

Family of four, Jennifer, Mahyad, Zoro, & Rio. Mahyad grew up in the DC area. I grew up in the Cleveland area. And Zoro & Rio were both born in Brooklyn. We have been in New York city for a long time and have been living in Williamsburg since 2004. We've been hosting and traveling with airbnb for a number of years, and have always had wonderful experiences. As a host, I love to share the hidden gems of our neighborhood with guests and often leave wishing we had more time to get to know each other. As a guest, I'm happiest exploring destinations like a local - if you have tips about the best spots for food I definitely want them! What I love most of all about being a member of this community is that our sons are learning that home is a feeling, not a location, and that they get to make friends from all over the world on a regular basis. That is a beautiful thing, and this is a beautiful place for making it happen.
