Luis was very helpful, punctual. The studio just needs a little more sprucing up with cleaner carpets, in the living room as well as in the bathroom mat.

The studio was very nice and cozy, conveniently located near good restaurants, entertainment and the river. We appreciated Luis waiting for us, even though we were an hour late. Our only complaint was that the bed was hard, but after a long day of walking in Rome, we still slept well.

Great experience! Flat was lovely and homely, very clean and just like pictures. PERFECT location near lots of restaurants but just enough away from the bustle. Easy 20 (ish) minute walk to both the city/colosseum etc and to the Vatican. Luis was very friendly and gave us a map with lots of suggestions. He also was flexible with our check out time. Would definitely recommend!

Luis and his friend were there to meet us as agreed. They were very friendly and helpfull. The apartment itself was in the groundfloor in the courtyard of the building and thus very quiet without any noice from the lively streets of Trastevere. Well situated and everything was very near to the apartment. In my opinion the price could be lower as the quality of the apartment was very average.

Luis was a wonderful host! He was very accommodating with my arrival and departure time. He was very responsive from the time I made the booking up until my departure from the apartment. When I arrived to the apartment he gave me a proper tour, explained the neighborhood and gave me a map of Rome and also gave me some tips on the best sightseeing. He confirmed my booking right away and made sure that I was comfortable during my stay in Rome by checking in on me via email half way through my trip. I am very grateful to have booked an apartment with a great host, especially because this was my first time to Italy. Luis was also very kind and great to chat with - he is good spirited and friendly. The apartment was very clean and large. I stayed there alone, but it could have easily accommodated 4 guests. The apartment had every The neighborhood, Trastevere, was such a cute and charming neighborhood. There were a lot of young, college-aged people, lots of restaurants and shops, and the streets were always lively. I would describe Trastevere as the LES of NYC. It was exactly the art community I was looking for. I ate a lot of great food in this neighborhood...actually it is generally difficult to find bad food in Rome. Luis, thank you for your hospitality! s

We arrived quite late and someone was there to greet us as well as give us some fantastic options for dinner that evening. The place was lovely, spacious and light and we only had issue with hot water on one occaison- but if you were to space out your showers you would be perfectly fine. The bed was a very firm mattress, which isn't for everyone but I did not mind it. The apartment is located in the most PERFECT area of Trastevere, steps from the arc and Villa Farnesina as well as the botanic gardens. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you Luis!

We spent 4 days in Rome over the Easter holidays and stayed in Luis' charming apartment. Dutifully made to feel very welcome, Luis greeted us on arrival and provided us with maps and information for all the tourist hot spots, and some other unknown little gems in the Trastevere area. The room was exactly as it was in the pictures, with the convenient little kitchen and bathroom a space easily sizeable enough for a couple. Only a few minor drawbacks when we stayed: the bed is rock solid (although there is a softer futon available also), the hot water is limited with just enough time for two quick showers and the fuse kept tripping while we were there meaning we had to troop outside to the bike shed on a number of occasions to reset it. But those were only minor quibbles in what was a great stay. Rome is a beautiful city, and the area of Trastevere is full of amazing hidden restaurants (La Scaletta & MeNu are our recommendations), cute little boutique shops and easy access to the city centre. We would happily stay here again :)
