If the never ending views leave you wanting more, why not enjoy a glass of NZ Sauvignon after a dip in the pool? Or if you like to keep busy, explore with a walk amongst the fruit trees or down into the private gully.
There aren't too many places around like this one. You will have enough privacy to enjoy the outdoor bath yet the views will make you feel like you're on top of the world. The property is very child friendly. There is a fence around the pool and the backyard. However, there is a steep gully at the back of the property. This gully has a walking track down to the bottom where there is a stream and a little walk to another lookout (still on our property).
The house has a master bedroom downstairs with 2 single bedrooms upstairs. At this stage, one of the single bedrooms is locked for storage. The other single bedroom is small and has a single bed in it. If you need more bedrooms, the property also has a cottage (search Cosy Retro Cottage) which has another bedroom and a bed in the loft.
Interaction with guests
During the dates on this listing, we will not be available but will be able to be contacted. We will also leave a contact person should you need anything.
Other things to note
The pool will be available for the December/January dates only.
Should you need it for unexpected (and not that uncommon) cooler evenings, there will be firewood available.
If you're traveling with children and need toys, please let us know we are happy to leave some out (otherwise they will be tucked away out of sight).
As mentioned above, we have a cottage on the property as well. Unless you would like to rent both, the cottage may be rented during your stay.
Included with the rental: BBQ, bubble bath for the outdoor bathtub, good books and magazines and a friendly neighbor called Marty
No smoking please. No pets please.

We look forward to sharing our 'Kiwican' hospitality (Newell is a kiwi and Amy is an American transplant). After traveling the world, we call Queenstown home and love to share our insider tips with those that come to stay.
Whether you're in town to relax and unwind or take part in all the adrenalin activities, the cottage is a great place to rejuvenate at the end of the day.
