Julia/Matt we’re really friendly hosts, and their flexibility with check in times made my stay convenient. They communicated with me quickly if there were any issues, which I appreciated a lot. One evening the water was shut off for a few hours due to a plumbing issue, but they w…

Julia and Matt were very respectful and kind hosts, seeking to make my stay very comfortable and hospitable. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet and I found the garage to be very useful.

Julia's home was clean and orderly. She and her boyfriend, Matt, were friendly and welcoming, offering all kinds of information to make my stay fun and easy to get around. Matt was kind enough to help me up the stairs with my bags and made sure my car fit inside the garage. In De…

Response from Julia:
It was a pleasure having you, Karen. I'm so sorry to hear that you were so cold during your stay. If we had been made aware that you continued to feel cold after our initial conversation about temperature, we would have continued to make an effort to improve your comfort during your stay. Sleep experts generally agree that it's best to sleep at a temperature between 60-67 degrees Fahrenheit (we usually sleep at 64) and I know you mentioned you are used to 72 degrees for sleep, so I think this experience mainly reflects a difference of lifestyle, which is bound to happen every once and awhile with guests staying in a private room. All our best to you, Karen.

Julia and Matt have a great place! They were warm and welcoming. I was in town for a brief work trip and the location was very convenient. I was able to walk from the T with my suitcase. I'd definitely recommend it. Thanks for making me feel so welcome in your home!

Julia and Matt's place is such a charm in a very quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Although it is quite far from downtown and it's the last stop of the orange T train, we enjoyed staying in their home filled with artsy memorabilias from their travels which depicted greatly their…
