Cozy cabin on the banks of the Llano River at the Dos Rios RV Park.

1 queen bed, and 1 queen pull out.

Cliffs, swimming holes, kayaking, fly fishing, and a bat cave are all in your back yard.

Two vintage airstreams and a tiny house also available on the 15.3 acres river front property.

The space

1 bedroom cabin with a queen sized bed in the bedroom, plus a queen sized pull-out couch in the living room. Towels and linens provided. The living room also has a dining table, chairs, and kitchen with a full sized fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and 4-top electric range, but no oven.

The restroom and shower have recently been renovated.

The front porch has a couple chairs and a deep freeze.

There are several charcoal grills on around the property, as well as a grill cover for the fire pit overlooking the cliffs and river. You're welcome to use any firewood you find on the property, and there's usually a nice pile next to the main fire pit. Feel free to bring your own bundle of wood as well.

The cabin has a combo 32" TV/DVD flatscreen with an ipod input. There are also 100+ dvds to choose from, plus a few games including Cards Against Humanity!

We also rent kayaks and can arrange transportation to the next crossing up river!

Guest access

The entire 15.3 acres is available to explore. The island in front of the property is public, as well as the entirety of the Llano river along it's banks, cliffs, caves, and secret swimming holes.

There will most likely be a few other guests' RVs around the property, but everyone is always friendly and welcoming, so feel free to roam anywhere you please!

This was my second trip out to Dos Rios, but it was my first time in the house. I love how everything was exactly as advertised. The space actually felt bigger than it looked in the pictures. And even with all the other campers there over the weekend, it stayed pretty quiet at night. The river was a bit warmer than I expected, but it still cooled us down in the heat of the day. The Lowe's grocery store had everything we needed for our stay. And I definitely recommend going by Cooper's for some AMAZING bbq while you are visiting. This place is definitely one of my favorite finds!

Great place, secluded. We were there over the 4th of July, so it wasn't very quiet. Thus place was accurately described. No surprises.

Great little gem on the Llano and everyone this weekend knew about it. It was a busy weekend at the park but the people and kids were friendly. The house had all the basics (except for coffee which I forgot). I would love to experience this place when there are less people.

Colin accurately described his rental property. The best surprise was no surprise. It was "as advertised." Clean, neat, furnished, in the river. Directions to the address were spot on. Check in and out was a breeze. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
