Private room with queen size bed and private bath. Located in a quiet neighborhood with community pool and tennis courts. 5 minutes drive to Crystal Beach and Silver Sands Outlet. There are also many golf courses around for you to enjoy.
Our house is in a very safe and private neighborhood . Amenities include closet, wifi, parking, tv, Kreuig coffee maker, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. Great for walking, jogging, 5 minutes drive to the beach (due to 2 traffic lights :))
2 miles to Destin Commons which is local shopping plaza, 3 miles to Silver Sands Outlet Center. Guests are more welcome
to enjoy the outside seating area as well.
The only off limit area is our private bedroom, otherwise make yourself at home. Cook the meal in the kitchen, or sit in the outdoor area. You may store your food in the fridge or watch movies (Netflix)

We will have some brochures about the area in your bedroom. We have been in the area for 9 years so feel free to ask questions about the area if you need help.

Please be courteous and quiet early morning or late at night, as it is shared house. Our bedroom is on the other side of the house from yours.
No shoes, no smoking inside home, no pets, and absolutely no drugs will be permitted in our house. No overnight guests other than those confirmed for the reservation

Hello! We are Umit and Asu.I have worked as an electrical engineer, my wife Asu worked as an accounting manager. We decided to live in Destin. We have been here for eight years, where we fish, cook and garden. We both like jazz and classical music, scuba diving, hiking and driving. We like travelling a lot, we have visited many countries.
