The loft is located in a building from the 700's in Mantua's historical center. The living space is roughly 2000 sq ft distributed over 2 floors. It has one master bedroom with a king size bed and a private bathroom. Guests will also find another kind sized bed in the mezzanine in the living room area (also with another full bathroom). The bright and spacious loft gives access to a terrace with a suggestive view of the roofs of the city. It is breath taking.
The space was decorated by Cristiana Castagnetti. She mixed vintage furniture with fine pieces of art.
The apartment is great for two people, but it can easily accomodate four guests if the second king size bed in the mezzanine is used. Upon request we can provide any group of guests with a small bed for children up to the age of 3.
Interaction with guests
The host is always available to help the guests with organizing their stay. Upon request she can cook a typical local gastronomic experience (including pumpkin ravioli, agnoli bevr'in vin, risotto alla pilota, pike with sauce, overcooked donkey, sbrisolona cake, grape pudding with zabaione, lambrusco wine from a local farmer).
Smoking is permitted, but only outside on the terrace.
I speak Italian and French. Unfortunately I don't speak great English, but I'm sure we'll be able to understand each other.
Parlo italiano e francese. No inglese, ma ci capiremo comunque.
