Great spot for people visiting Greensboro but don’t quit want to stay in the city (or don’t want to spend the amount of money it costs to stay in the city during popular times of the year such as GHOE). The inclusion of a water-stocked mini fridge in each room was a perk I didn’t realize I needed until I had it. Overall very spacious area and worth the money.

Sue is a great host and very thoughtful when it comes to her guests. Our group felt very taken care of as Sue went the extra mile to provide things that were little unexpected blessings. A coffee maker and fridge in every room? Wow! We were suprised with an amazing breakfast spread which included fresh cut fruit. We were in Greensboro attending a business convention and the house was a wonderful house was a great environment for our team to process and work together. The internet was quick and reliable. The neighborhood was peaceful. I would make sure you communicate with the owner clearly regarding the on site host. I would recommend this home to anybody who is traveling to Greensboro.

We enjoyed a fantastic weekend at Whistle Stop while in High Point for my daughter's graduation from High Point University. Sue has taken care of every detail for a comfortable and welcoming stay, including fluffy towels, the most comfortable towels, coffee makers in every room and plenty of bottled water! It was a wonderful weekend for our family of 7.

My family and I were greeted by Sue and she showed us the home and the amenities; I felt as if I were a guest in a friend's home. The house and the rooms were great and I loved that the charm of the house was intact, but it had all the modern conveniences. I loved the neighborhood (I grew up in that area) and felt safe taking an afternoon walk. We had nice weather and sat on the porch in the evenings visiting.

Sue User ProfileSue is a superhost.

My husband, Jim, and I live next door. We are retired healthcare professionals. I am from Pittsburgh, PA and Jim is from southeastern Ohio. We met in college and married shortly thereafter. We have lived in North Carolina's Piedmont Triad for the last 25 years. We have one child, a grown son, who also lives in the area.
