Welcome to Casa Rosa, a colorful 3 unit home nestled into a quiet hillside in Sayulita's south end. Enjoy the soft jungle breezes, stunning views, and peaceful tranquility, with just an easy 8-10 minute walk to the beach and town center.

The south side of Sayulita has a warm local feel to it. Not so many tourists wander down this way. All the neighbors will greet you with a smile, and a simple "hola" or "buenos días" will quickly make you feel right at home.

I really enjoyed my stay at Casa Rosa, I stayed for the month of May 2017. The open kitchen feels great and nice bedroom/bathroom, lots of space. The upstairs has a nice view and the hammocks are great. It was fun having the 2 levels and I got a great discount renting for a month. I knew this part already because others commented, it is a bit dusty because of the road outside. It's also noisy sometimes during the day as there are many construction projects nearby. The first week it was very loud because the house next door (20 ft away) was doing a lot of grinding. After that though, it was totally ok. It's not for everybody, if you're used to 5 stars its not for you. If you want a cool jungley experience then you'll probably love it. 4 blocks to center of Sayulita, 6 blocks to the beach. Beach is beautiful. Town is awesome. Eric is very responsive. I'd stay at Casa Rosa again. :)

A little disappointed. The pictures made the place look better than it was. Needs updating. Great location and our host was always available if we had problems. Seemed pricy to other places we have stayed in Sayulita.

Sweet, basic house in a lovely, colorful neighborhood. Pretty noisy due to construction next door and road noise/motorbikes/music... resolved somewhat with the fan. Not many frills, but perfect for a week of simple living. One of the best things was the iguana living in the tree right next to the house!! It really felt like we were in the tree tops. Would recommend, but definitely bring earplugs.

If you like to be in touch with the tropical outdoors -- palms, sky, exotic birds and iguanas in the trees, breezes -- this is a wonderful place with it's veranda kitchen and eating area plus upstairs terrace and palapa. The apartment well equipped. Eric and Ben were exceptionally gracious, helpful, attentive, and responsive to provide us with whatever we needed during our stay including extra towels, pillows, kitchen equipment and supplies and routine maintenance. They offered great advice about what to do and where to visit.

Eric and his assistant were extremely prompt and took care of everything that we needed. Casa Rosa #3 was amazing and just the perfect distance from the busy town centro. A short walk to great food, the beach, shops, etc. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals at home. The bed was extremely comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of the WIFI. I was able to work remotely (from the porch with a gorgeous view) with ZERO issues. We're already planning next years trip and hoping Casa Rosa #3 is available for our dates!

Eric is a super host. He was in touch with us even before we arrived to make sure we had good directions. When we got off the bus he was easy to message and provided easy instructions for how to get to Casa Rosa. The first night there was an issue with the water - I believe there was a problem all over town. He was very quick to respond and stuck with it until the problem was fixed. As described the house is in a quiter part of town but it is a very easy and quick walk to the lively town center. In the mornings we would drink our coffee on the third floor terrace and watch the large iguanas perched in the trees. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C and fan kept the room at the perfect temperature for sleeping.

I grew up just outside of New York City, went to college in Albany, NY, and moved out to Crested Butte, Colorado to be a "ski bum" at the age of 23. After 15 years of "ski bumming" and building houses, working in construction, etc., I moved down here to Sayulita, Mexico, a magic…
