This is our first time offering our apartment in such a way and we are very excited about the idea. We are hoping to meet other trustable people that want to enjoy our place while visiting the city.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT The bus number 34 which passes at the street corner (30 seconds footwalk distance) brings you at Viau subway station (5 minutes) or at Papineau subway Station (15 minutes) You also can take advantage of the Bixi service (april to november): BIXI is Montréal’s public bike system. It’s the bike that’s really an alternative means of urban transport. Accessible to everyone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, three seasons of the year, from April to November. Bixi Station are available all around town and you will find several stations near the apartement. Biking is easy in Montreal since you have many cycle track. The apartement is 20 minutes cycling distance from Berri Uqam (down town).
SERVICES AROUND THE APARTMENT Also the apartment is located at 8 minutes walking distance from Maisonneuve market, where you will find vegetables and fruits shop, bakery and pastry shop, cheese dairy, fish store, butcher’s shop, organic products store, etc. The wine store (SAQ) is located at a 15 minutes walking distance. You also find several stores and bistro restaurants on nearby Ontario and Ste-Catherine streets. The lodge is nice, huge, sunny, warm and cheap! We think you will spend a memorable journey here.

Great place to stay, especially if you are doing anything around Olympic Parc. Easy walking, cool neighbourhood, nice outdoor rooftop deck!

Perfect home for anyone. Really artsy place the wall is just much better in person. The location is just perfect a few blocks away from the train and the bus stop is across the street.

I and two other adults stayed here for 2 nights and found it perfectly comfortable, and a great deal. It was quiet, spacious, charming and had everything you'd need. I wish we could have visited when the weather was nicer, to be able to enjoy the apartment's outdoor area. It was especially convenient for us since we were in town to attend an event nearby on Rue Viau, but it's also a short drive (or shortish walk) to the Metro, as well as an easy drive to get to downtown. It reminded me of many NYC neighborhoods and apartments—except the neighborhood felt 100% safe and the apartment was bigger. We rented a car for our trip and the smallest car the rental place had was an SUV, and it was pretty tricky to maneuver it behind the building, so we ended up parking on the street. Fortunately there was plenty of parking there too.

My friends and I had a nice stay at Fred's. The apartment is very spacious and charming, and there's a great terrace for sitting outside. All of our expectations were met.
