Our home is a two-story house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Full equipped kitchen, spacious living room with fireplace, lovely terrace overseeing the 600-m2 yard with traditional parrillero. The house is child proof and heated for cold days.
Our home, A Pico Seco, is located a short 10 minute walk from the main street “Las Maravillas” and only 150 meters from the beach, and is a beautiful walk on the beach to reach the main street of La Pedrera (next door town, 1 km up the road) where bus station and all other amenities are located. Is a two-story house with two bedrooms, both with a double bed and a single bed with full closets, mosquito netting and fans.
The house has two bathrooms, one full downstairs with washer machine and one half upstairs, both with water heaters. The kitchen is fully equipped with a combined gas/electric stove, dishes, and all you need to cook as a real chef within the house. Integrated spacious living room with a fireplace surrounded by glass windows facing the ocean and the green backyard.
On the second door there is a lovely terrace overseeing the 600-m2 yard of grass and a variety of trees for outdoor living with a bar-b-q (parillero) for enjoying the traditional Uruguayan asado and a brick oven for Italian food lovers.
High season is mid-December, January and February, and Carnival in La Pedrera is an amazing event not to be missed. The town fills with travelers from around the region and the world, and restaurants and stores are opened to provide you with the best of what is available in the country.
Low season is a beautiful time to visit, especially December and March when the weather is still warm and sunny with fewer tourists. Winter time is also an incredible time to get away from it all, curl up by the fire, and take long walks on empty pristine beaches.
You will have access to the entire house.

Treat our house as if it was your home!
I love the beach, and traveling. I am from Uruguay and grew up spending every summer on the Atlantic coast. After 16 years living abroad I've returned home where we currently live with my husband between Montevideo and the Coast. Our house was built with our beloved friends Paolo and Lina and is full of love happy moments. We would love to host you in A Pico Seco!
