Vincent was a very helpful host and easily contacted before the stay. The location is perfect - everything within walking distance. The flat is clean and instructions easy to comply with. There are three flights of stairs so travel lightly. The cafe downstairs has the best coffee we tasted in Dublin and friendly service.

Our stay at Vincent's apartment was amazing! It was all nice and tidy and he spent a lot of time at the beginning to explain us all the important sights and best things to do in Dublin. We would definitely recommend!

Very nice flat! The apartment is much more beautiful than the pictures on the site. Its location is ideal for all visits. Vincent is very friendly, and gave us a lot of tips on Dublin.

We enjoyed our stay. Vincent met us promptly and provided invaluable information for our trip. The apartment was just as pictured and perfect for 2 young couples. The apartment was centrally located but in a quiet area.

What can I say? The location is ideal for walking to multiple attractions, the flat is neat and well appointed, Vincent and Anne are the quintessential hosts and truly delightful! There is an abundance of maps, books and information in the flat. Our hosts were extremely helpful in recommending sites, restaurants and shopping.......we were all delighted with this choice! Highly recommended

Response from Vincent:
Karen and Cathy were delightful guests.Unfortunately we did not have the pleasure of meeting the third guest. They took full advantage of the fine weather to to see the many attractions Dublin has to offer and to travel to Belfast etc.Karen ,you are always welcome back in Ireland

Vincent was a great host. He gave us recommendations - like eating lunch at nearby Arthur's pub, and visiting the Chester Beatty library - that were highlights of our trip. Vincent also provides lots of blankets, which makes for cozy sleeping. The highlight of this flat is its superb location.

The place was exactly as described, and very close to anything you're likely to want to do in Dublin... Vincent was extremely accommodating and met us at the start and end of the stay to deal with keys, as well as provide useful local info on where to eat, drink, and visit. Would recommend.
