The Grange Villas is fringe city living in Brisbane’s south east,complete with a resident’s relaxation area, herb and vegetable community gardens, salt water resort pool and BBQ facilities.
You’ll love coming o the Grange with its resort style facilities and prime location just 21km from Brisbane’s CBD and 10 min walk to major shopping centres.

Guest access

Upon your arrival you will be given a tour so can familiarise yourself with the place to ensure your best settled in .
You will have your own private Bedroom one of three in a two storey Grange villa. The room is lockable and you will be given a key for your room and front door .
The bedroom features a comfortable Double Size Bed with fresh new clean sheets .Complimentary water and shower soap.Two bath towels, One Computer desk , One Alarm Clock,One Tall boy chest of drawers and One Samsung 32 Inch remote LCD Television and mirrored wardrobes with plenty of coat hangers.
Iron and iron board is available on request ,
Inside the premises you can have access to the Kitchen , Lounge , Laundry ,Private courtyard ,and communal pool/BBQ entertainment area.

There is a small shitzu dog who is very friendly and welcoming inside the place,Exhaust fan must always be used when having a shower .

Some guests bring chocolate, wine, Totally awesome. Totally unnecessary. Totally appreciated. Especially the wine and chocolate.

Be considerate with company

Two person maximum in premise. As for having overnight extra guests, the short answer is that it depends. Some hosts could freak out over it. But there's some wiggle room. If you're staying for more then two weeks, and we have gotten to know and trust each other, then inviting a responsible friend over may be fine.
The bathroom schedule

Some arrangements include a shared bathroom. It rarely presents a problem. Unless a guest is in there for an hour while an other is heading out to work. If you're sharing a bathroom, just inform your host when your when you tend to use it in the morning, and we try to be accommodating. It is appreciated.

Go out and have fun

In a shared apartment, the best tenants spend most of their time out enjoying the city.

Clean up after yourself how ever fresh sheets and towels are updated every third day ,

Smoking is only permitted in the private rear outdoor patio area
The pool salt water and BBQ facilities can be used during 7AM-8PM.

We booked Darrens unit because we have been working in Sheldon and needed a place to sleep. His house is really clean and comfy. Darren is most of the day at work so he is not at Home and in the evening we were sitting together had some beers and great chats. He is really easy to communicate and very flexible with the booking. We had a great stay and I definitely recommend it.

We had a lovely stay at Darren's place and we were really happy with the stay there. They also had a really cute dog, which was really nice. I did not know, that the pool was just a part of the whole area and did not only belong to the house, but that's not a problem. Darren and Rowena were really nice and offered us to bring us wherever we wanted.

Host is friendly and the rooms and bathroom are clean and tidy. The rest of the house is dirty and smelly so we chose not to spend any time here other than to shower and sleep.

I am very sorry to hear that you were not fully happy with the level of housekeeping in some general common areas . We will ensure all common shared areas are to a clean standard. We need our guests to understand that these common areas (such as kitchen, living, & dining area) may be shared by more than one person because we have three private bedrooms available on the property. You will find the property clean upon arrival, may we request you to inform us immediately if any special requests or are not satisfied . If we are both not on site our contact details are in the House Manual. The House Manual is directly sent after booking confirmation email of our shared House Rules to set expectations with our guests, like limits on smoking, areas beyond the listing space that are off-limits, permission to have visitors and long term stays. The house manual contains all general house hold information such as cleaning and there locations for those areas. You want to have a wonderful holiday and we want that for you too. We believe that when you are here this is your home for however long you are staying and that you will be relaxed, comfortable and happy. I would recommend Darren's residence extremely highly. The location, unit and room are excellent. I did not get to see a lot of Darren due to his work commitments but he is an absolute gentleman. His little dog Bobbie is extremely friendly and beautiful. The location and cleanliness are perfect and his stuffed mushrooms at the bar b que are something you have to taste to believe. I would recommend extremely highly, Darren to anyone heading to Brisbane.
