Chris was an absolute star. I was treated like a princess, spoilt rotten and nothing was too much trouble! I was picked up from the station, fed (chris is a VERY good cook and enjoys it) and the location was perfect for where I was working. The house is within walking distance of the village where there is a supermarket and a coffee shop amongst other things. The room was clean and spacious, I was provided with towels and there were also flowers in the room as well as a TV. The bathroom was immaculate with plenty of hot water, a comfortable bath and a good shower too. It really was a home from home with a lovely, very kind and generous host. Good conversation, jolly evenings, comfortable spotless surroundings and I was sad to leave. I was also very grateful for the ferrying around and the lift back to the station along with help with manhandling my suitcase too. I will be back and feel I've made a friend for life.
