The home has a fully equipped kitchen within a spacious open plan lounge/dining area.
Sliding bi-fold doors open onto a large verandah for relaxed alfresco dining, BBQ and outdoor dining setting.

Guests have access to everything but the locked garage. Plenty of free on-street parking is always available alongside the house.
Interaction with guests
This beautiful 4 bedroom home is shared with the host and his beautiful Russian Blue cat, Sarina. The two other bedrooms are reserved just for Airbnb guests, Magnolia (this room) and Agapanthus. The very large bathroom is shared, however this is never an issue. Should you wish for some peace and quiet, there are multiple living areas to enjoy and unwind in. The host is friendly and always up for a chat if you feel like it, however we respect the privacy of all guests. Whenever possible, guests are greeted and shown through the property upon arrival.

Complimentary transport to and from the airport, train or bus station can be arranged if we are available to do so.
The guest room is to be leased to the nominated person for holiday letting purposes only, for the period stated and the number of persons specified at the time of booking.
Margaret House is a non-smoking home and noise is to be kept to a minimum after 10pm.
