The flat is a traditional Edinburgh tenement, built in the late 1800s, and is a perfect space to come home to after a day exploring the city. Whether you decide to relax in the attractive shared walled garden when the sun is shining or in front of the log burner in the winter, I hope you find my flat to be a home from home.

The kitchen is fitted to the highest modern standards and contains everything you need.
There are two large, comfortable bedrooms with fresh, hotel-quality linen and towels.
Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay.

Other things to note
Please note the flat is on the first floor. There are pay and display parking spaces directly outside the flat (£2.40 per hour) which operate from 8.30am until 5.30pm Monday to Friday so parking is free over weekends (from 5.30pm on Friday to 8.30am on Monday)
- Please treat my home as you would your own. I'm afraid pets and smoking are not allowed.
- Please respect the neighbours, and do not make significant noise or play loud music after 10pm.
- No parties
- If guests lock themselves out of the property OR they do not place keys in the lockbox at checkout, a £50 fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an £80 fee will apply.
From Dec 22, 2017 - Jan 03, 2018 the minimum stay is 3 nights.
