The apartment's fully equipped with mini kitchen, a/c, washing machine, hair dryer and iron. It has a king size bed and a balcony. It's located in the quiet street in the city center only 250m away from the beach, 10m from the closest restaurant, 40m from the main green market and mayor grocery stores, about 15 minutes walk to the Old Town, 10 minutes walk to the main bus station and 15km from the nearest airport (Tivat). There is wifi provided and a free parking place available upon request.
The house where the apartments are was built after the World War II and from the outside it has retained the charming style of the original Montenegrin architecture, nowadays quite a rare sight in Budva. :)
The house possess its own small garden, terrace and parking place that the guests can use.
Interaction with guests
I fluently speak English and Serbian, a bit of German and I understand Russian and a bit of Spanish. The rest of the family unfortunately speak pretty much only Serbian, but I'm sure we'd anyways manage to communicate. :)
Should you need anything or have any question please don't be hesitant to ask us. We'd be more than willing to assist you. :)
Other things to note
Free parking place is available upon request. We have free wifi available, but note that internet in Montenegro in general is not very fast, but it's sufficient for regular web browsing.
There is a fig tree in the garden and we don't manage always to pick them up, so please if you like figs and they are ripe help yourself. They really are delicious. :)
Budva is famous as a summer destination and it's most lively in July and August, however if you want to avoid the crowd and still enjoy the nice weather Jun is maybe better choice cause everything is already ready for the season and it's still not that busy. Late May, September and October are perhaps best for the beach and sightseeing (provided it's not raining) for water is warm and the weather is pleasant with not too many crowd around, but many "summer" bars are closed.
Check-in is after 12:00, check-out before 10am.
Please keep noise level low after 10pm for the sake of other guests who dwell in the same building.
Keep the place tidy.
If anything breaks or is broken please let us know immediately so we can fix it for your own convenience and for the convenience of the guests coming after your departure.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed... :/
And finally, the most important thing, a must, the rule that we will never forgive you braking is:
Enjoy your stay! :)
