House Rules – Kindly keep your shoes off
It is important to state that the better we are at being flexible towards each other and problem solving on an individual level, the better our co-living space will feel. This will also avoid delays in things that require immediate attention. We do not run a hotel, we run a space where you will live and where others will live as well. Our cleaning fees only cover change of your sheets and towel. The price of cleaning the entire apartment is 5 times the cleaning fee that you pay. Therefore the apartment is not cleaned on a daily basis. But you are welcome to do your part if you feel it is needed, that’s what you would do in your home – right? Our check-in flexibility is not made to be used against us but to accommodate the different arrivals of the guests. Thus Please tell us your exact landing time and location. We have a check-in agreement once we both have agreed to the time. Our neighbours are God to us and we don’t mess with the Gods.
IMPORTANT: The electrical radiators cost a fortune to operate. Please turn them down to minimum heating when you are not home. Try to use the radiators downstairs as much as possible as they are better for the environment and more affordable.

2. dirty dishes shall be left.

8.Not that it has happened here before but in case the toilet gets clocked, please call Marco or Guillaume before trying to solve the problem yourself. Any mistake might be crucial and take longer to solve.
9.To maintain the building and the indoor climate, please open the room’s window every day just for a minute to get the air in and close it again. Please turn off the radiator while doing so.

Cleaning & Common Usage
11a.Once a month we do a thorough cleaning if you live here permanently.
11b. Once a week the drain in the bathroom has to be opened and cleaned. You pull up the cup down in the drain and remove all the hair. You can flush the hair in the toilet. Once the cup is rinced you can put it back in and it should be good to go.

14.Close your windows (and kitchens’) when you are not around.
15.On long term bookings, there will be 2 nights a month where visitors are welcome free of charge. The remaining time, visitors will cost 110 DKK per night please coordinate with the landlord.
16.On visits less than 2 weeks the washing is will cost 15 DKK (2 EUR) this is to avoid that people wash 2 times a day.
17.Put the clothes in the washing machine and put it on the desired program. Press the ‘on' button and then ‘start'.
18.Loss of keys will be charged 1000 DKK. If you take the keys with you and forget to give them back it is seen as loss of keys and we do not take into consideration the unreliability of the mailing back of the keys.
Earlier problems with Tenants
We have earlier seen tenants smoking cigarettes, weed, doing drugs, drinking alcohol & making noise late at night, bringing home undeclared guests, having sex in common areas and leaving condoms or trash behind in the establishment. I should therefore add rules about this, the following 3 articles will result in confiscation of deposit and cause immediate termination of tenancy agreement plus a fine for extra guests:
(URL HIDDEN) of illegal substances on the premises.
20.Smoking: cigarettes/e-cigarettes, vapour, water pipe/hookah, lighting candles or any other inflammable articles inside and bringing home undeclared guests.
21.Having sex in the common areas, disturbing the other tenants or littering.
We are a house made of young professionals and mutual respect is key to the interaction between us. We are smart and share knowledge so if you want to get smarter, stay with us. We go to bed early and that does not mean we do not want you to come back late at night but please avoid making noise when you do. We are lovely people who have a good vibe between us which is something that our guests can feel. We warmly welcome you to Copenhagen and hope that the city will be as kind to you as our house will! ☺
Getting Around (Transport)
I suggest biking (easiest & cheapest). You can rent a bike in almost any bike shop. Otherwise there is Bus, train & metro fairly close. Take an almost free taxi the first time you use Uber. Download the Uber app and when signing up, type in “guillaumek5” under the promo code. You will then receive up to 100 DKK (14 EUR) on your first trip.
Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a 50% refund. Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
