I would like to offer you a nice, cozy room in a happy appartement in central Kraków, just next to the sunny Vistula riverside and a few steps away from the famous Old Jewish quarter called Kazimierz.
The whole appartement I'm living in has been renovated – one of the 3 bedrooms has become my private space, one is an 2 ppl bedroom which I have in seperate offer "Cosy room close to the city" and the third one is exclusively to be rented by you:) In this cozy bedroom there are two beds which can be put together or can be separated – according to your wish.
Both the kitchen and the bathroom are also brand new and perfectly equipped with everything that is needed for a comfortable life - everything is available for you. Also it will be my pleasure to share my homemade bread or cake with a cup of coffee with you while sitting on a comfortable red kitchen sofa:)
There is access to wireless internet in the flat. Also, if you wish I can provide you with a map, Lonely Planet's Cracow guidebook in English and offer you help if you need any advice about Cracow's life (transport, museums, pubs, famous places and so on)
My place is located in a historical part of Krakow - within the Jewish Ghetto from the Second World War. Just stepping out of the appartement you can have direct access to certain museums (Schindler's Factory Museum, MOCAK Contenporary Art Gallery. etc), unusual places like the Krakus Mound (a Slavic ceremony spot dated X A.D.), the Płaszów Concentration Camp or the Liban Quarry – where parts of Spielberg's "Schindler's List" were filmed. There are also certain famous pubs and discos in the area - ex.„Drukarnia” or „Fabryka” with a decent night life just a few streets away.
My appartement has easy access to public transport – 2 minutes away is a tram stop called Plac Bohaterów Getta (tram (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)) and 4 minutes away – Limanowskiego tram stop (tram nr 6, 11, 13, 23). A few steps away there is a little train station called Kraków Zabłocie where you have frequent trains to Kraków Main Station, Wieliczka (Salt Mine), Oświęcim ( Auschwiz – Birkenau) and many other places.
If you prefer to walk I have a good news – you can reach the Wawel Royal Castle by taking a nice, sunny 20 min walk along Vistula's green banks. To visit the Main Square you also need no more than a 20 min walk and to enjoy bohemian Kazimierz – you just need 5 minutes as it is enough to cross the Vistula by a lovely pedestrian bridge called Kładka Bernadka. Dont forget to hang a lock on its handrail:)
Of course in the neighbourhood there is a bakery, some shops, grocer's, pizza places, tasty restaurants, cozy cafes and one absolutely unique spot called Bar Mleczny Krakus – a place still rooted in communist times – where you can eat a decent, homemade meal starting at just 1 euro:)))
So hesitate no more, just book my lovely room and come to have great time in magical Kraków:)
Ps. As I left for travelling, my mum is in charge of my apartment. Please, write all your ARRIVAL DETAILES as soon as possible - it helps her to plan her time:)
