The space

One bedroom with brand new queen bed and mattress, with twin bunk above is perfect for families with kids (max weight in bunk is 150lbs per manufacturer). There's a sleeper couch in the living room with a trundle bed, so more than 2 could be accommodated. All new sheets, comforters, pillows, and towels. The bathroom is small but has everything you need! The kitchenette is brand new, recently remodeled, and comes with a coffee maker, stainless mini-fridge, toaster, & microwave - everything you need for a leaf-peeping weekend, ski trip, or outdoorsy summer getaway. Table in living room seats 4 for meals (plus extra seating), card/board games, and just relaxing, plus TV in case you need a quiet night in. Centrally located for ski season to Sugarbush (3 miles up the access road), Mt Ellen, and Mad River Glen, plus only 30 miles to Killington or Stowe. Short drive to awesome restaurants like American Flatbread, Hyde Away Inn, Chez Henri, Local Folk Smokehouse, and Prohibition Pig (famous in VT for craft beer).

Please note we have no wifi.

Available to answer questions via cell/email.

Other things to note

There's no wifi and if you've ever been to the valley you know the cell reception isn't great either so please download all condo info before you arrive! But you're probably not spending your free time in the gorgeous Vermont woods just to stare at your phone & send snaps, so hopefully you're cool with the limited cell service.

Aileen was incredibly helpful in helping us find local venues for food and drink. We went to the hostel near the condo Thursday night, watched the Patriots, got a great burger and Giles the bartender was pretty awesome. We used quite a few food recommendations. We went to American Flatbread and the Hyde Away. Both were excellent! We also did the Stowe brewery tour after we hit up the gondolas. Unfortunately the hot tub was not operational, but that had no impact on our stay. The condo realistically could sleep 6 adults and 1 child. It was clean and well organized. The only downside was the kitchenette size (I love to cook), but is perfect for those who tend to spend most of their time outside. It has close proximity to Sugarbush and is 45 minutes from Stowe. We had a great time and would definitely go back.

Nice little condo, close to everything. Perfect for someone looking for alternative to hotels. It's clean and well equipped and the price is right.

The condo is great for two people, it has a small kitchen area and is clean and set up well for ski gear. Aileen was great at communicating. Only thing is that cell reception is a bit spotty and no wifi. Would definitely recommend. The hostel next door has a great beer lineup too.

Nice cozy place, gracious hosts, handy location for skiing at Sugarbush and close to local eateries. Good advice about Mad Taco from owners too!

This place was perfect. We stayed here over the New Years weekend for my fiancé birthday and had an amazing time. The space was perfect and could have easily accommodated another guest. It was perfect for us as we had friends in 2 other condos in the same complex. Also the Hostel bar was great and only a couple of steps away from the back porch. Live music and awesome Vermont beer, what more can you ask for?? Short 5 min drive to the slopes each morning. Can't wait to stay her again next season!

Everything was wonderful with our stay! The close proximity to Sugarbush ski resort and great restaurants was a major plus. Thank you so much for the treats and we will definitely keep you in mind for the next ski season. Thanks!

Aileen and Ed were great hosts! We showed up to a clean and very welcoming condo with some delicious Vermont beers and a bottle of wine. The proximity to the hot tub was key! It was so nice to take a quick walk out and enjoy some time under the stars. The easy drive up the hill to Sugarbush allowed us to sleep in until the last minute and still get parking at the front of the mountain lot as the lifts opened. We were also able to take advantage of all the great places to eat and visit in the surrounding towns. My husband and I had a fun week thanks to Aileen and Ed's condo and gracious hosting.

We're a young couple from the Boston, MA area. We were bitten by the travel bug, so one of our favorite things is to see new places and experience as much of the world as we can! Last year we lived in New Zealand and were lucky to travel a bit in the South Pacific. We love craft beer, running, hiking, exploring, are huge soccer fans, and when we stay with Airbnb friends, we are tidy and respectful. We hope to meet you soon! :)
