Halii Kai 14H - This three bedroom, two bathroom ground floor unit can accommodate up to six guest with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom and two twin beds in the third bedroom. The master bedroom & second bedroom each have a TV. This comfortably furnished unit also has a flat screen TV and DVD player in the living room.

Amenities include wireless internet access at no additional charge, central air conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent provided, iron and ironing board and hair dryer.

Hali'i Kai is a special retreat with touches like the Ocean Club Pavilion. All guests who stay at the Hali'i Kai property will have access to use the Ocean Club Pavilion featuring a beautiful swimming pool, a heated whirlpool spa, an ocean-side restaurant, fitness room, tennis & half basketball court & community BBQ area for a daily fee (see below for details):

The Hali'i Kai Association collects a resort fee of $20.00 + tax per day for each reservation (not per person), with a maximum amount of $500 + tax per stay (rates subject to change without notice). The resort fee allows guests access to the property and Ocean Club facilities and includes two electronic entry gate key cards and parking pass.

Guest must register with South Kohala Management and will also be required to register and pay the resort fee directly to the Front Desk at Hali'i Kai upon arrival. Hali'i Kai also requires a credit card to be kept on file with a $100 authorization hold placed on the card for loss or unreturned gate cards. Resort fee applies to all guests and is subject to change by the Hali'i Kai Association of Apartment Owners.

Parking for one vehicle, per unit is provided. Hali'i Kai is a non-smoking property.

Check-in office (located at the Vista Waikoloa) is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency.

A car rental is HIGHLY recommended, public transportation & taxi service is limited.

Other things to note
The State of Hawaii requires that we collect 14.69% tax on the rent (which is INCLUDED in the price).
