Beautiful Alexander Mid Century modern 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with large yard and private pool to enjoy the perfect Palm Springs getaway.

The space
This beautiful, recently redecorated 3 bedroom-2 bath Alexander mid-century home is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing vacation in Palm Springs! Our home, located in the non-windy South End of Palm Springs in the Los Compadres area, is in a very quiet neighborhood across from a public golf course and centrally located to everything Palm Springs has to offer. Indoors, the home has been updated with all modern appliances offering an open and airy feeling just perfect for your getaway. Two bedrooms offer queen size beds and large closets while the third bedroom offers a full sized bed and ample closet space. The house can sleep 6 people comfortably. Both full bathrooms have been beautifully updated as well! New smart TV's have been added in the living room and master bedroom with ample cable and movie channels to enjoy. To heighten your listening pleasure, there is a Bose sound system in the living room to enjoy your favorite show or listen to any of the several music channels or Pandora. Outdoors, the yard is very private and huge! Feel free to relax in our large and spacious outdoor living area and enjoy whatever your chef has to serve up from the grill in the adjacent dining area with seating for 6. Additionally, there are 4 lounge chairs, two pool umbrellas, several new pool floats to enjoy in the very large and deep pool (heating optional) as well as 2 additional outdoor dining tables.

Our home is fully equipped with towels, linens and everything you will need for a relaxing stay. We are located less than a mile from grocery stores, restaurants and various other retail businesses. Please contact us with any questions regarding the house and availability. Holiday and Special Event weekends may require a minimum visit of 3 or 4 nights.

If you're a golfer, the Mesquite Golf and Country Club is only a short walk away with many other golf courses nearby. The Airplane Museum on Gene Autry Trail, by the Palm Springs Airport is a great place to visit. The Living Desert is also a must! The desert comes alive in the cooler winter months.

The Palm Springs Tram is located about 12 miles away where you can take a breathtaking ride up the cliffs of Chino Canyon to an elevation of 8,516 feet. Enjoy lunch at Pines Café, dinner at Peaks Restaurant or a refreshing beverage of your choice at The Lookout Lounge. No matter what the season, whether you are enjoying spectacular views or hiking in a pristine wilderness, a one-of-a-kind experience can be had by all.

Downtown Palm Springs, located approximately 2 miles west of our home, is where you can enjoy everything from casual to fine dining, as well as a wide variety of shops for a unique shopping experience. Taking a simple stroll along N. Palm Canyon and S. Indian Canyon is also a great way to take in the sites while enjoying the wonderful Palm Springs weather.

Joshua Tree National Park is a mere 40 minute drive from the home.

There are several Indian Casinos to choose from. The closest is the SPA Resort and Casino located approximately 2 miles from the home.

Whatever you are looking for, you will probably find it in Palm Springs and close proximity to our home.

Once your reservation is confirmed, our concierge will be in touch with you to coordinate your arrival, greet you at our home, get you acquainted with all our home has to offer and also be available over the duration of your stay to offer suggestions on where to eat, what to do or offer any other recommendations you might need so you truly enjoy your stay in Palm Springs.

This information is intended to highlight a few ways you can be a good neighbor and to inform you of The City’s Vacation Rental guidelines during your stay.

We want you to enjoy the home you rented with your friends and family, we ask that you respect the city, neighborhood and the neighbors and please do not create excessive noise or disturbances or engage in disorderly conduct. Consider how you would want your neighbors to behave in your own neighborhood back home. Chances are your Palm Springs neighbors will expect the same of you. A little consideration goes a long way.
The following are implemented by City of Palm Springs Rules and Regulations for all Vacation Rentals.

•There is NO Amplified MUSIC from any device, at any time during your stay. This includes playing music from portable Bluetooth speakers, phones, iPads, tablets and playing the music inside and listening to it outside with the doors and/or windows open Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day and/or night. If the neighbors can hear music, you are in violation of the City Ordinance.

•POOL TIME is one of the most popular activities to enjoy in Palm Springs. Please keep voices and pool activities to a reasonable level. Continued and ongoing screaming for an extended period of time is one way to disturb the neighbors. Please be thoughtful.

•NIGHT TIME hours are between 10pm and 10am. Please use your inside voice outside after 10pm

•The registered guest (the responsible person who is on the rental agreement) must be 25 years of age or older.

•The OCCUPANCY limits for this house is (6) adults and up to (2) children under the age of 12 years old.

•Only ONE vehicle per bedroom is allowed at any given time. Utilize driveway and/or garage when PARKING your vehicle before using street parking. And never block any driveway or street access. The number of vehicles allowed for this house is (3) vehicles.

•When your Estate Manager greets you at the house for your check-in, he/she will review these city rules and will need to see the Registered Guests (the responsible person who is on the rental agreement) valid form of identification and ALL guests will be required to sign a City of Palm Springs Vacation Rental Statement of Rules and Regulations. (Any guests that are staying overnight and are NOT present during check-in, they are required to sign the form once they arrive and after the last guest completes this, the registered guest will need to take a picture of the form and text it to the Estate Manager.)

The house resides in the neighborhood called Little Beverly Hills. The 40-acre tract was purchased from the Agua Caliente tribe in 1954 by George Goldberg, Thomas White and Maurice Horner and named the tract Ramon Rise Estates with 84 lots for single family homes, in southeast of Palm Springs, California.

Built between 1957 and 1959, the neighborhood comprises 84 single family homes; priced between $14,000 and $19,775. The Alexander Construction Company developed the tract and all the detached homes are either William Krisel-designed/Alexander-built or designed and built by developer Jack Meiselman.

The neighborhood earned its nickname from some enterprising real estate marketers in the 1990s and onwards, since most of the street names are derived from famous equivalents in Beverly Hills.

On the day of your arrival and the check-in time you’ve scheduled the Estate Manager will greet you at the house, provide you with a tour and review the operational instructions for all of the amenities in addition to the rules and regulations for the City of Palm Springs.
