The space

Average size room, light & bright. Amazing cal king bed, walkin shower, shower chair available. Additional small twin rollaway bed available. Includes a dining room table & chairs, bottle water dispenser, some kitchen amenities. Kind of like a mini apartment just no stove. Don't forget the swimming pool, very cold great for those really hot days

Private enterance, where you have an enterance similar to a hotel. You will have your own key to come and go as you please. Not necessary to check in or out. Pool Is shared. No access to main house. We will not bother you unless you need something :)

Interaction with guests

We only interact at guest request. We like to keep the guest experience private for you. We are not usually present at time of arrival or departure. We come and go alot. Please show yourself in & out. If you are looking for owners to hang out with, this place wont be for you

Other things to note

Tip...Yosemite is massive if you really want to see it all, HIKE all the trails, leave feeling satisfied you'll need more than 2 days.
Then there is Bass Lake in the summer months don't leave until you have spent a day boating its really fun.
I came to this area every year as a child for summer vacation. We always stayed a week & it was never enough. So don't short change yourself.

Great base to visit Yosemite! Nice space, big room with private bath. Fridge and microwave and table. Bed was comfortable and welcome after a long day of hiking. Great communication with host! Visit South Gate Brewing to eat! Really good beer and food!

Just as described - separate room with its own access and bathroom. Tight corners but very comfortable and clean. It was close to Yosemite and reasonably priced.

We had a wonderful time visiting Yosemite. Vickie's place was just what we needed after all day hikes...quiet and comfortable place to crash. The only negative thing was the cleanliness of the room and the strong pet odors. Vickie also had many sources on Yosemite in the room including a book on hiking in the area that proved invaluable.

A quiet little place just off the main thoroughfare to Yosemite. Perfect for a long weekend stay. Super comfortable bed. She has everything you need for quick cooking and a nice space for eating-she'll even do the dishes. Private off road parking right by the entrance, Lots of information for your Yosemite adventures.

Paul and Vickie are great hosts. The room is comfortable and has everything you need. Paul and Vickie were the perfect mix of approachable and friendly, whilst giving us our own space. They gave some great tips and advice and were always free for a chat! The room was clean and comfortable and the location is great.

Vickie User ProfileVickie is a superhost.

I had a Thrift Shop in town for the benefit of animals. A Cause 4 Paws I rescued kitties mostly, we have adopted out over 500 animals.
I love all animals, scary stuff and camping. I can tell you where my favorite camp spots are just ask. Also I'm a Licensed Realtor, would you like to buy some property?
