Great location. Super central and young neighborhood full of great bars and restaurants. Close to several train lines. Space exactly as portrayed. Small but well designed and equipped. Lovey building and courtyard. Would stay again.

It is definitely a very small space! But has everything you need for a stay, short or long time. The kitchen has everything you need, shower, toilet down the hall, washer, bed, table, and storage space overhead. No problem keeping the room warm in the winter since it is so little. In a good neighborhood close to Gare de Nord which will take you to the airport or most trains; also Metro station Poissoniere is very close. 2 Franprix and a Monop' as well as several organic stores within 3 minutes walk. The only inconvenience was the fact that the water heater is so small that water in the shower becomes cold after 5-6 minutes. Otherwise, great stay, Zad is a great host.

This place is the smallest apartment I saw in Paris during my three-month stay, but super efficient and well designed (including light, high ceilings, and good aesthetics!). I was quite comfortable there. Zad included cleaning supplies, an adequately stocked kitchen (cooking utensils, scissors, dishes, pans), and an extra set of linens and towels. At the beginning of my stay, we had a misunderstanding about the bedding (I thought it was dirty and he thought it was clean), but we worked it out and he was accommodating about it. As far as the area—it's pretty central within the city. There are three metro stops within a 5 to 10 minute walk. You can get just about anywhere you need to go in Paris usually within 30 minutes. Also, it was simple to get there from the airport: only one train needed. There’s an organic grocery just across the street, a regular grocery store (Franprix) 2 minutes away, and a gluten free store about 6 minutes away. The area has a number of hipster-ish bars and several health-conscious restaurants (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free). A laundromat is on the street, if you need to use a larger washing machine or a dryer. I enjoyed my stay here! It was a happy place for me : )

The studio is very well organized, you will have everything you need for living. It is also really near to the metro station. It was very nice to have my own indipendence. The host is super kind and helpful. It's very little, but I spent a month living in there with no problems at all. Thank you
