-The floor is made of raw clay, handmade. Even though the result is stable enough, we ask our costumers to be specially careful when moving chairs and so, because a rougher movement might damage the floor.
-The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living-room with a wooden stove, a flat-screen tv and a small library. These areas area shared with other guests if there's other bookings.
-The internet is activated turning on the router, which is next to the TV, on the living-room. The internet key is next to the router.
-All the rooms have skylights. For those don't like the morning sun, we recommend that the skylight curtain is drawn using the available pole.
-We urge the guests to use the ventilation system on the bathrooms.
-Don't hesitate on using the air conditioning. There's a split on each room and another in the kitchen. Under each split there's a remote control. You just have to press 'on' and it works by itself.
-Our native garden is still on its beginnings - only in next year will we have some nice and beautiful plants. Nonetheless, our local 'fatheads' have already blossomed. Parking in the patio is forbidden.
-The village of Martim Tirado has no sewage system. Quinta dos Baldo has a septic tank, so we ask our guests not to throw the toilet paper inside the toilet, so that it won't damage the tank.
-The room has a private entrance with its own key. We ask the guests to leave it as they found it, hanging from the knob.
-The guests are asked to check in after 18h and to check out before 11h. If it doesn't suit your plans, please let us know.
