Historical Landmark, Forsthaus zum Lichtenhof, built in 1833, is still engulfed in a large garden. It is an oasis of nature in the city and just two tram stops from the main train station. Across the street are a bakery (with cafe), a butcher (with finished meals) a grocery store and public pool with a 5-star spa. The guest room has a sofa bed (with an additional bed mattress on top - so it is very comfortable!) and a private bathroom with shower.
The house is a historical landmark, originally the first forestry office, built in 1833 of local standstone blooke. It was fully modernized and renovated in 2005. The property includes a large garden (or small park) with private parking on the grounds. On the ground floor is a medical practice. The living quarters, including the guest room and bath are on the two floors above. The guest room is on the first above ground level, along with the kitchen, dining and living room. The house is protected by a state of the art alarm and security system.
In addition to your private bedroom and bathroom, you will have access to the kitchen, living room and dining room as well as the terrace in the garden and free parking for 2 guests.
Interaction with guests
I will be available at the house or via mobile phone at all times.
Other things to note
The guest room is on the floor above the ground floor (up a comfortable flight of stairs). Also, while you are here, my dog, "Chester" may or may not be here. If you prefer that he is not, just let me know (he can stay at a friend's house).
