I am going to hate saying this for fear that everyone will want to stay here and I won't have a place to stay next time I visit home but. This place was fantastic. The description and pictures are spot on. The neighborhood was very scenic, hip and yet very quiet. It has a plethora of dope spots to eat at and neat art to see. I suggest you take time to walk around the neighborhood just to take in the sights. You are also a block away from a scenic view of the water and the city. The location is pretty central to everything the train is close by to get to Manhattan and the other boroughs. The apartment is spacious and super clean. The bed was mega comfortable. I was sad to leave. I felt like I lived there and wanted to stay forever. If it's not booked my next trip to New York this is where I would want to stay.

You have found the quintessential Brooklyn loft experience: it is centrally located to great Greenpoint and Williamsburg restaurants, bars, shops, public transportation, and parks! Located in a renovated pencil factory, the modern apartment features exposed brick and beams, with an incredible view of the quiet street below. And, Grand Central Station is just a short ten-minute train ride away. Or, you can catch the ferry down the street for a breathtaking trip to DUMBO, Wall Street, or mid-town Manhattan. While the accommodations are impressive, Drew was an even more accommodating host--he is extremely helpful yet respectful of your privacy. The word "perfect" is overused, but Drew's place truly is just that!

Staying in Drew place was part of the great experience for my first visit to NY I can't imagine a better place. The loft is perfectly decorated. Sunlit. Clean. Comfortable you feel at your own place. The area is quiet you can have a great sleep and a walking distance to a lot amazing cafes restaurant bars. You can walk 5 min and take the ferry to manhattan or other areas . I would definitely stay again in this place if i come again and highly recommend it. Drew is super nice and respond quickly to all your needs to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

We had a wonderful time at Drew's place. It was close enough to the City by train or ferry that it was easy to meet up with friends but also a nice haven after a busy day of walking around. Plenty of bars, restaurants and grocery stores near by. I wish we had more time to explore Greenpoint but maybe next time. Drew made it easy for us to check in and out and was completely reachable throughout our stay. One of the reasons why I like this space was because his personality was sprinkled around the apt. It was not too much and not sterile. It felt just right.

Drew's place is great. Very cozy and clean. I appreciated the ability to wirelessly listen to music from my phone though his speakers while relaxing between running around NYC. Thanks Drew!

Hey everyone, my name is Drew. I currently live in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. I moved to NYC 10 years ago to pursue a work opportunity and have thoroughly enjoyed my time exploring all it has to offer. It's a wonderful city to experience as a young professional and I highly encourage all those who have not visited to come.

I was introduced to Airbnb by a friend and have heard nothing but good things from those who have rented their spaces or traveled to others. I am excited about the opportunity to share my apartment as I feel it will provide you with a much more personal and unique experience that you will not find staying at a hotel.

As a guest I promise to be very respectful of your space and extremely clean.

A little bit more about me: I love everything food, music and fine arts, traveling, outdoor activities. I spend 2-3 weeks every year at a cottage in New Hampshire and have a deep appreciation for nature. My current hobby is competing in triathlons.
