The space

Welcome to Wabash! Located in the St. Louis Hills/Lindenwood Park Neighborhoods, Wabash is not far from the famous Route 66 and features a vintage-inspired design! It is a three bedroom home that comfortably sleeps up to 8 people with, a martini bar, a washer & dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. We love vintage furniture! We've been collecting pieces for years so we utilized what we already had in our various collections and went scouring the St. Louis region for the coolest vintage pieces we could find in our budget.

The bedrooms have each been designed around a theme. The master bedroom is the "Hello Sailor!" room decorated with parasols and pin-ups taking travelers back in time to the Hawaiian islands circa late 40s early 50s. The Side bedroom is called the "Space Yeah!" room zooming travelers into space Jetson style. The rear bedroom upstairs is a rich Asian-inspired design. The downstairs bedrooms have full-sized beds, as does the pull-out couch in the living room. The upstairs rear bedroom contains a twin bed. The front upstairs room doubles as a game room and bedroom and is furnished with two twin beds, complete with board games, tv, dvd, ihome, and books for guests' entertainment.

This city home is not far from neighborhood stores and restaurants, Ted Drewes, St. Louis' Famous Frozen Custard Stand, the St. Louis Metrolink. Laura, your airbnb hostess, will help you find the best attractions to check out while in town. With easy access to Highway 44 & Public Transportation, Travelers will have a great opportunity to explore the St. Louis region while staying in a cozy home. So grab your family or friends, mark where you are from on our traveler map, and make yourself a martini!

Conveniently located just off the Main Rd this retro furnished house was ideal for our needs which was to catch up with old friends for a meal and drinks and to accommodate their young children and our two happy dogs. Roland was around in half an hour when we had a minor issue, he fixed it straight away and left us to get on with out evening, amazing!

Roland was easy to communicate with and his place was perfect for 5 of us! We appreciated all the extra keys since we had multiple cars and different schedules. Despite many of us showering back to back, the water was hot & the pressure was excellent. The bean bag chairs were also very comfy. We enjoyed our weekend at the house!

I thought it was wonderful! So many amenities, great area, cute home. It definitely has vintage quirks -- creaky floors and all. Easy parking, very clean and comfortable. LOVED the beanbag chairs.

Roland communicated well & promptly. The house is cute and well appointed, the neighborhood quiet and quaint. Some of the furniture was different than pictured. It's not the Ritz, but it's homey and comfortable. We were glad to have found it. Thanks, Roland!

We were in town, both from east and west... four adults and three kids. In town for the solar eclipse, and we made a weekend of it. This location was the perfect jumping off point for Six Flags as well as our destination for the eclipse. Having been to St. Louis many time, I can also say that this location would be ideal for anything in and around the city, given its proximity to the interstates. We had a lovely stay!

I just finished leasing my home for a year and decided I'd much rather furnish it and host those that would really appreciate all the work I've put into making it a charming abode over the last decade. I also love traveling, meeting new people, and staying in charming accommo…
