The maid will clean all indoor and outdoor spaces on a daily basis. Towels and bed linen will be changed every two days. If you would prefer your villa not to be cleaned, please inform the Hospitality Assistant from the day before. The pool will be cleaned early every morning.
Guests are kindly requested not to flush toilet paper or any other objects down the toilet as there is danger of overflow. Please use the bins provided.
Please note that the tap water in Santorini, is not drinkable. For this reason, you are provided with six complimentary bottles of water upon your arrival.
In every room there are radiators and you can adjust the thermostats according to your preferences. Also, you are guaranteed a continuous hot water supply.
You will find a television in each room offering cable television. If you have any problems, please do not hesitate to contact our Hospitality Assistant.

Since we recommend our guests to come to Eolia Luxury Villas for peace and relaxation , we kindly request that you do not play loud music or have the television at a full volume especially between the hours of 15:00-17:30 and 23:00-07:00 (under the police order).
First-aid kit, it is situated above the fridge, on the second floor. Note that the public hospital is located in the center of Fira. If you wish for a private doctor, he could come to the villa upon request. If you need any advice, please do not hesitate to contact our Hospitality Assistant.
Safety deposit boxes
Your accommodation is supplied with a safety deposit box for the placement of valuable items. We encourage the use of this complimentary service, as Eolia Villas is not liable in the case of loss.
Laundry, dry-cleaning and ironing services are available every day. There is a laundry bag in the closet of every room. Please place the items in the laundry bag and hand it over to our Hospitality Assistant. Please note that this is not a complimentary service.
All guests are requested to vacate their Villa by 11:30 am on the day of departure. Guests wishing to have a later check out are requested to check this possibility with our Hospitality Assistant one day before departure.
