Incredible location by the river between the National Theatre and the Tate Modern gallery. Freshly decorated luxury large high-spec apartment with two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, new kitchen, large open-plan living area and south facing balcony. Also free parking and access to large shared decked garden area.

The space

Our central London apartment is large (85m2 / 915 sq ft) and peaceful. There is plenty of space for friends or couples travelling together. It's also ideal for those travelling with young kids (our kids are 4 and 9 and they love staying here!).

There are luxury mattresses and pillows, soft 100% wool carpets in the bedrooms and solid oak floors.

- upstairs: living room / kitchen, balcony, bedroom with double bed, bathroom (with bath and shower)
- downstairs: bedroom with double bed, bathroom (with shower), hall, entrance

The space has been recently decorated so we'd appreciate it if you look after it!

There is also a large communal (shared) garden you can use on the 1st floor.

Guest access

Note that there are two sets of stairs inside the apartment (and no baby gates) so the apartment is not really recommended for young kids who can't walk yet, or for those with walking disabilities. The apartment has two entrances and there is lift/elevator access to both floors, although note that there are also a few steps on each floor in the communal corridor.

The layout is:

- Floor 2: bedroom, bathroom, entrance door
- Floor 3: bedroom, bathroom, main room, kitchen
- Floor 4: entrance door

There is elevator access to both floors 2 and 4. Usually you will use the floor 2 entrance.

Interaction with guests

I travel a lot on business so won't always be able to meet you when you arrive but my friend will meet you in that case.

I'm always available by email or phone at any time if you have any questions during your stay.

We had a lovely stay in Ben's apartment. The location of the apartment was perfect. The neighborhood is very quiet, on the edge of the thames and close to all londonien monument. we did all the visits by foot. Ben and his family are very welcoming and provide all the information we need. The apartment was clean and compliant in all respects with the description. We were two couples and we enjoyed having two separate spaces.

Lovely flat ideally located to visit London! You can walk to a lot of places (Tate Modern, Millenium bridge, London Eye...) and there are lots of restaurants and bars on Queen's walk. For transport (we were with 10&12 children): we mainly used the Southwark station on Jubilee line (5 minutes) and RV1 or 381 buses (Tower of London, Tower Bridge, Borough Market, Sky garden...). From/to St Pancras station, we used 63 bus (few minutes walk from the flat and less than 30 min to reach the station).

Ben's place is great! The location is perfect! You are just one Street over from the Thames right next to the OXO Market. There are many tube stations just a short 10 minute walk away. Ben is very nice and helpful. We arrived a bit late due to a traffic accident and he was very understanding and considerate. I would stay here again on my next trip to London!

This apartment is great in terms of space and it's fully functional in terms of it has everything. It even has an off street parking space that is secure. The location is great, walking distance to main (non shopping) tourist areas & all public transport. For any tourist, this place is highly recommended & Ben is a great host- you will not be disappointed

The place is exactly as described by Ben. Everything you need is available and more. The locafion is nearly unbeatable as it's close to all the important sights but still quite enough for a good nights rest. Ben was always available for recomendations and even a late check out wasn't an issue. We would defo stay there again.
