Enjoy our beautiful Coastal Casita that is walking distance to the beach. Our Townhouse sleeps up to 10 people and features 3 bedrooms/2.5 bath. Spacious open concept with 1/2 bath downstairs, 2 bath, 3 bedrooms (king beds) upstairs. TV's in every room, cable/wifi are included. BBQ grills throughout the complex and at the community heated salt water pool. 2 assigned parking spots outside the front door with additional parking on the street by the patio, perfect for parking a boat!

The space
Enjoy a leisurely stroll to the beach to catch a morning sunrise, check out the surf or people watch. A large, free, paved community parking lot is available right in front of the beach with public restroom and showers to rinse off after a walk along the waters edge.

Within the unit there is plenty of room for up to 10 people to relax and spread out, to sit and enjoy a meal together or reminisce about the adventures of the day.

The property has a shared heated salt water pool with cabanas, BBQ grills and shaded areas to relax.

Other things to note
Our townhouse has board games, cards and dominoes to enhance family quality time. High speed internet and WiFi are available for those who can't unplug. We rent out Golf carts to enjoy during your stay! One of the easier ways to get around the island and see the sights.
