Looking for the perfect place to stay in Paris? You should definitely choose my flat!

You’ll be just minutes away from the romantic Montmartre and pretty much any interesting place in Paris.

The Metro station is just 1 minute away (Supermarket, pizza hut, ATMs and a wonderful boulangerie are 3 minutes away from the apartment).

The space

The studio is elegantly decorated and at the end of a wonderful day in the city of lights, you’ll find yourself resting in a very comfortable queen sized bed.

Bathroom is equipped with an Italian shower, washing machine/tumble dryer, hairdryer, and I also provide amenities, such as soap, shampoo, facial tissues as well as quality linen and towels.

You will also have a complete kitchen that includes stove top, microwave oven, refrigerator, sink and dishwasher.

An iron, ironing board and a vacuum cleaner are available as well.

Elevators are rare in this part of the city, so you’ll have to make a little effort and use the stairs to get to this little parisian piece of heaven. The charming view from my small balcony will make you forget that effort!

If you have any questions, please contact me. I speak english, french, spanish and italian and I’ll always do my best to make your stay memorable!

If you want to get the most out of your Paris stay and have a little oasis to come back to at the end of the day, please make the reservation, I’ll take care of the rest! ;)

Great place to stay just a few steps away from the metro station. Great area too with food places within a walking distance. 6th floor was a bit tough after a long day of walking but I loved the balcony view. Place looks exactly like the pictures and isn't as small as I thought. Place is clean and well put together, you can tell it was freshly renovated.

Unfortunately, our experience with Ruben was bad. He did not contact us to confirm the check-in mode and time, I wrote him one day before our arrival and he told us that he could not make it until 15:00 (the post says it is available from 14:00). At 15:00 of the arrival day he wrote a message that he will be late one more hour because he was not in Paris and his flight was late so we waited for him in a nearby cafe. When Ruben arrived he explained us the basics of the apartment and left. Five minutes later we noticed that the towels, bed sheets, quilt and pillowcases were wet. I called him and he said he was sorry that we can open the window (it was starting to rain) or wait until the washing machine stops the 3 hours cycle left to put everything in the dryer (probably he was washing the previous guests stuff). Finally, we decided not to stay in his apartment. We were in Paris for holidays not to make other people's laundry. We were just expecting dry towels if we want to take a shower and a dry bed to sleep, not a 5 stars service. I called again to notify Ruben but he did not answer. By that time we had lost almost all day and we had not even take a walk around the city, the worst part was we need to start looking for another place to stay. We did not hear anything from Ruben until the end of the next day saying that he offered us solutions that we did not accept and for his cancellation policy he won't make a refund. Fortunately Airbnb customer service was excellent, fast and efficient. They supported us, knew we were right, so they even gave us our money back. For my experience I do not recommend Ruben. Even though the apartment is nice and very well located, Ruben could show more interest and concern to help us. It seems that he does not care to offer a good service because of the cancellation policy he has he knows that no matter what he gets the money.

The apartment is small and looks much more lived-in than photos suggest. I'm not sure how often the host resides there, but my recommendation would be to remove some objects to make more space (especially on the kitchen counter). Remember to bring your own bar soap for the shower and detergent should you need to use the washing machine. Message host a couple of days before arrival: Check-in time states 2-4pm (I interpret that as arriving any time betwee(URL HIDDEN)in reality, depending on the cleaning woman's schedule, you may not be able to enter before 4). Building is quiet, neighbors are friendly, close to public transportation which is fantastic.

I highly reccomend this appartment! Monmartre is awesome, the flat is suoer cozy and clean, looks the same as on the photos. Next time I will be in Paris, I'll ask Ruben if Pandaland is available to book. Small details like notes, stickers, coconut shampoo and gel shower - everything makes you feel like home there and even better. Thanks Ruben!
