Our huge sunny open plan living area opens onto an enormous balcony with Sydney Harbour and its famous landmarks in view such as; Anzac and Harbour Bridge, Barangaroo waterfront precinct, Blackwattle Bay, Sydney Centre Point tower, Darling Harbour, Star City Casino, King St Wharf, Balmain Peninsula, Pyrmont waterfront and Glebe Island districts.
Every room in our home enjoys a fantastic view.
* Master bedroom 1 with Queen bed, en-suite, spa bath and reverse cycle air conditioning - enjoys Blackwattle bay, Anzac Bridge and Glebe Island views from the bed and large balcony.
* Master bedroom 2, with Queen bed, en-suite and reverse cycle air conditioning – enjoys local area and corridor views of Darling Harbour, Anzac Bridge and Glebe Island from the Juliette balcony.
* Bedroom 3, with Queen bed and use of the main bathroom - enjoys view of Anzac Bridge, Balmain, Barangaroo water front, Star City and City skyline from the bed.
* Living room Double sofa bed, shared main bathroom has even more amazing views.
Although we prefer a maximum of 6 guests, we can comfortably accommodate 7 guests. Please contact me to discuss this if you intend to have an additional guest. Cost is $150 per night

Other things to note
Complimentary items, including, tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry and dishwasher supplies are provided are to ensure you enjoy a comfortable "home away from home" experience.
Linen and towels are also provided for your convenience.
Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged - our standard cleaning fee is $295.
Other than asking our guests to take care of the property and respect our neighbours quiet enjoyment the House Rules are quite simple:-
1) Please notify us of any disputes or complaints from neighbours as soon as is practicable.
2) Please do not create noise which is offensive to neighbouring properties especially between 10pm - 8am and during arrival and departure or at any time throughout the occupancy;
3) Guests are responsible for ensuring the limits set on Visitor numbers is complied with at all times
4) The Property is not a “party house" and any such activities are strictly prohibited; and any gathering, celebration or entertainment permitted at a Property must not conflict with residential amenity and must comply with all the other requirements.
5) Garbage and recycling disposal bins are located on Parking level 1 (P1)
6) Smoking is not permitted indoors
7) Pets are unfortunately not permitted
8) BBQ - please ensure the BBQ is properly cleaned after use.
9) On departure please report any damages and breakages and leave the keys inside the apartment on the kitchen bench and the Apartment is left clean and tidy with plates utensils etc washed, rubbish, etc to be deposited on the garbage room located on Parking level 1 (P1)
10) A Breach of these House Rules is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of occupancy. The Owner or Manager reserve the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict from the Property, Guests or Visitors who refuse to follow these House Rules or who cause a nuisance.
From Dec 26, 2017 - Jan 03, 2018 the minimum stay is 7 nights.
