Our huge sunny open plan living area opens onto an enormous balcony with Sydney Harbour and its famous landmarks in view such as; Anzac and Harbour Bridge, Barangaroo waterfront precinct, Blackwattle Bay, Sydney Centre Point tower, Darling Harbour, Star City Casino, King St Wharf, Balmain Peninsula, Pyrmont waterfront and Glebe Island districts.

Every room in our home enjoys a fantastic view.

* Master bedroom 1 with Queen bed, en-suite, spa bath and reverse cycle air conditioning - enjoys Blackwattle bay, Anzac Bridge and Glebe Island views from the bed and large balcony.

* Master bedroom 2, with Queen bed, en-suite and reverse cycle air conditioning – enjoys local area and corridor views of Darling Harbour, Anzac Bridge and Glebe Island from the Juliette balcony.

* Bedroom 3, with Queen bed and use of the main bathroom - enjoys view of Anzac Bridge, Balmain, Barangaroo water front, Star City and City skyline from the bed.

* Living room Double sofa bed, shared main bathroom has even more amazing views.

Although we prefer a maximum of 6 guests, we can comfortably accommodate 7 guests. Please contact me to discuss this if you intend to have an additional guest. Cost is $150 per night

Other than asking our guests to take care of the property and respect our neighbours quiet enjoyment the House Rules are quite simple:-

1) Please notify us of any disputes or complaints from neighbours as soon as is practicable.

2) Please do not create noise which is offensive to neighbouring properties especially between 10pm - 8am and during arrival and departure or at any time throughout the occupancy;

3) Guests are responsible for ensuring the limits set on Visitor numbers is complied with at all times

4) The Property is not a “party house" and any such activities are strictly prohibited; and any gathering, celebration or entertainment permitted at a Property must not conflict with residential amenity and must comply with all the other requirements.

5) Garbage and recycling disposal bins are located on Parking level 1 (P1)

6) Smoking is not permitted indoors

7) Pets are unfortunately not permitted

8) BBQ - please ensure the BBQ is properly cleaned after use.

9) On departure please report any damages and breakages and leave the keys inside the apartment on the kitchen bench and the Apartment is left clean and tidy with plates utensils etc washed, rubbish, etc to be deposited on the garbage room located on Parking level 1 (P1)

10) A Breach of these House Rules is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of occupancy. The Owner or Manager reserve the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict from the Property, Guests or Visitors who refuse to follow these House Rules or who cause a nuisance.

Great 3 bedroom unit with spectacular views of Sydney. Fabulous outdoor space large enough for dinner outside and lounging! Well maintained and host was easily accessible. Excellent proximity to the CBD and short ride to Surry Hills etc... We would definitely stay again on our next trip. Building is also quiet.

There were three of us that stayed at the penthouse for a business trip. The three bedroom/three bathroom suited us greatly. The spacious lounge, outdoor garden/balcony and neat kitchen were also great facilities. The penthouse offers great comfort and beautiful views of the city and surrounds. It was very clean and we had no problems during our stay. The host Leon and cleaner Vicki were both very friendly, flexible and accommodating to our needs. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone planning a stay in Sydney.

Great location if you want easy access to the city, Darling Harbour or ICC. Well appointed with plenty of cutlery, crockery and usual requirements. Bedrooms were a little noisy with street traffic but after a couple of nights you get used to it. Beds were very comfortable with good linen etc. Loved the balcony and overall spacious feel of the apartment. Great cafes and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Try the Japanese downstairs and local pizza joint. Also dry cleaner/laundry down stairs was an an added bonus and luxury.

Everything was amazing, the place, the view, the location and especially the host. He has the whole place set up for AirBnb users that made our stay much more easier and enjoyable. I really recommend it.

Loved this place. There were six of us so we had two to a room. The site is quiet at night, very clean, and the balcony was wonderful to spend at dusk and night to watch the city. We spent a lot of time looking at the occasional bat flying by. There is a nespresso coffee maker with pods included which was nice when we needed an occasional pick me up. There are several great eating places close by. For breakfast, highly recommend Social Brew Cafe or Muretto and Company. The star casino is close by and Coles supermarket is also close. Would definitely stay here again!!
