Welcome to the Cobbler’s Cottage! Enjoy a retro yet completely modern experience at this centrally-located cottage full of historic charm. Plenty of private parking and room for a boat trailer, complete with exterior outlets and hose bibs for fishermen. Only 45 minutes from Tallahassee, Florida for FSU events! Enjoy the comforts of home and all the historic district has to offer!

The space
The rooms are full of historic charm, with original shiplap walls and original hardwood floors. Home for many years to a Cobbler downtown, the space features his shoe molds and supplies throughout the home. The home burned in 2019, when we purchased and completely rehabilitated the property.

Guest access
All parts of the home are accessible to guests. Please do not attempt to access the Host's barn behind the property, or the house on the other side of the hedge.

Other things to note
Pets are welcome with a non-refundable $60 pet deposit! We are happy to waive the pet deposit for service animals (not emotional support animals) prior to your stay. Please reach out prior to your stay to make arrangements. Another note is that our small town does not have services such as Uber or Lyft. However, our home is located within walking distance of our lovely downtown Square, shopping, and restaurants. Of note: the downstairs bathroom tub is currently being replaced with a new flat-bottom acrylic tub, and photos will be updated upon completion. Thank you!
