It is situated in an idyllic peaceful rural setting, only a 6 min drive from Masterton, or a 7 min drive from Carterton; and is central to all Wairarapa townships & local attractions.

The flat has two separate & private entrances: the side access is via your private carpark & a ramp/rail; and the front is via the lounge sliding doors onto a patio & private lawn.

Guests can order an evening meal in the farmhouse dining room.

I am a middle-aged Christian lady who enjoys meeting people from different cultural backgrounds. I have a part-time Counselling practice running from a separate room at home, but don't talk shop. I enjoy outdoor walks, picnics, drives, ballroom dancing, movies, reading & dining out, and tourist excursions.
