Thank you for your review. In regards to the noise in the city, due to our apartment's very central location, we understand it can be noisy during weekends and public holidays (unfortunately you stayed at our place during Easter break) and that is why we provide earplugs for our guests upon request. Did you read my message about this? (Note to other people who read this review: She asked me for wifi details even though I had earlier given the details the day before her asking, indicating she did not read my message prior to her check-in). We also provide a big heater, why did you not ask us about this (the heater is just sitting idle three metres from your room, waiting for you to use it)? Note to other people who read this review: Another guest had complained for same thing (heater) in the review too but she did not ask us as well, we do have heater, please ask us if you need one. Of course we do not want you to sleep in the cold, and we can provide additional layers should you need one, but you never asked us about heater or doona during your stay (even though I asked you to let me know if you need anything to make your stay more enjoyable)?
Unfortunately previous guest before you broke our blind, and it takes three weeks for the blind to be replaced (it has been replaced now, so the room has blind again), I am now in the process of claiming the money from AirBnB for the damage caused by this guest. As you came over during Easter, we were unable to get the blind fixed as fast as we wanted it to be, all of the blind companies are on holiday during Easter, please accept our apologies for this inconvenience, this is beyond our control that the previous guest before you broke our blind.
In regards to the space for your luggage, we have provided dedicated space in the built-in wardrobe, did you notice this empty spot? Our apartment is one of the biggest apartments in our building, and space is expensive in the city (but we are providing affordable place as you mentioned). You can also utilise empty space under the bed, did you ask us about the spot in the built-in wardrobe? As some people do not read my response to previous reviews, I have to repeat this again and again: I always message all of our guests prior to their stay not to hesitate to contact us if they need anything. And I request all of our guests to ASK and COMMUNICATE if you need anything, we are here to make your stay more enjoyable, so please please please ASK and COMMUNICATE.
