It has daily maid service after the 2nd day in the apartment (if requested at check-in), included in the price.
Possibility of daily fresh bread at home, at 9.00 pm (cost not included), simply send sms.
Laundry service possibility, with 24 h (cost not included, to speak in each case).
When necessary, you can combine the provision of travel services to specific locations in the Porto area (cost not included).
Interaction with guests
Upon arrival all the guests will be greeted by Abel Sousa, my husband, or by me.
When the key is delivered at check in, a deposit of € 20 / key (up to 3), to be returned at check-out and a service fee of € 5 / guest is charged to offer a service with some consumables for the beginning of the stay, such as tea, coffee, instant and espresso coffee, sugar, cookies, toast / bread, choco-late for milk, milk, also dishwasher, bath gel, shampoo, toilet paper, kitchen paper, among others.
When requested - cleaning is my responsibility, after the 2nd day and to arrange (except Sat. and Sun.) - bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen (when daily has a cost of 5 € / guest).
The cleaning service, when requested, runs from 14.00 - 16.00 h, with exceptions to be combined in advance. If dismissed, when combined, it is enough to put "do not disturb" notice on the door of the apartment.
There are detailed instructions on utilities, guides for use of the metro and surrounding areas. The apartment has a complaints book.
When asked for a parking space, a deposit of € 30 will be charged by the manager (to be returned at check-out) and and cost to combine.
As I live in the same number on the 9.1 floor, if there is any difficulty, the help can be immediate.

- Never put garbage in the toilet but in the bin for this purpose;
- The bathroom window with bath, should be opened after the baths;
- No Open the door of the building to strangers;
- Each room has bins for use only with dry waste;
