Recently refurbished modern and spacious apartment. The apartment is beneath our house with a separate entrance. Sound insulation installed during renovations ensures you will not be disturbed by us.

The kitchenette has a Nespresso machine, microwave, electric jug, toaster and fridge. No range or cooking hobs. BBQ can be provided if required. Tea, coffee and milk provided.
Modern bathroom with a large 1m square shower, heated towel rail and underfloor heating.
French doors open out to a courtyard with outdoor seating and table.
Free wifi internet
Access to the apartment is though the door on the left of the carport.

To get to CBD
-Catch the 757 from the top of our street on Long Drive.
-717 on Kohimarama Road opposite ST Thomas's school
-767, 768 or 769 from Tamaki Drive. Further to walk but more buses.
Buses you can pay the driver cash. Trains you require a HOP card
Britomart is the name of the transport centre in the CBD, Located at the bottom of Queen street.
Most buses and trains leave form Britomart.
The Ferry terminal is the orange building towards the water from Britomart.
Fullers Ferries leave form the ferry terminal to Devanport, Waiheke Island and Rangitoto.
360 Discovery Cruises also leave from the Ferry terminal.
Hop on Hop off bus can be caught from Bastion point – 30 / 35 min walk from here. Up the stairs at the far end of Mission Bay. Alternatively you can catch it at the Ferry terminal.
Airport Express bus leaves from the Ferry Terminal every 10 mins $16 one way $20 return

Mama Rossa – One of our favorite Italian restaurants. Cosy neighborhood dining. Only 10 – 15 mins walk across Madills Farm.
Same owners and Menu for the last 20 years. BYO or licensed. Also has takeaway Pizza.

St Thomas Dairy - 136 Allum St, Kohimarama
Kohimarama, Mission Bay and St Heliers Beaches are all tidal – which means the best swimming is 3hrs either side of high tide. The are safe beaches with no surf. Changing buildings and toilets are located at each beach. Also cold water showers.
Kohimarama beach is 15-20 mins pleasant walk through Madillis (website hidden) Heliers and Mission Bay are both about 25 mins walk.
