CASERI property is professionally made for the purpose of short letting and couple holiday-makers.
CASERI Property strives to give its clients two main qualities through the service and the property it offers; mainly an environment of calmness and relaxation. The property is not newly built, built without the use of today's technological facilities, and represents a lot of hard work and dedication.

What will you expect?
A beautiful vintage, quite house full of character which surely will make your holiday one to remember.
The property is situated in a quite alley, away from all the noise pollution and hectic life going on around. It is also a few minutes’ walk away from Mdina (The Silent City), restaurants and needed amenities.
Built on various levels; it is a traditional way of how houses were built back in the time. Once you enter the property, one will find a welcoming living room which then leads to the kitchen. A bathroom is found a few steps up from the living room, and the corridor leads to the bedroom. On the upper area of the house, one can find a living / relaxation area and also, this leads to the roof of the house.
The roof enjoys views which make an outdoor dining experience unforgettable. Table and chairs are available on the upper roof.
Normally, I always welcome guests on their arrival. However, if this is not possible on the day due to the timing of such arrival, I ensure that I meet all guests myself on an agreed date and time, generally the following day. All clients and potential clients are welcome to ask any questions with regards to any requests that they might have.
Guests will have sole access to all areas of the property.
This is not a shared property therefore guests can enjoy the property without any type of interference.
Interaction with guests
Guests can contact us at anytime required. Can do so through airbnb messaging facility, (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) or through a mobile phone call. Guests can contact us not only when information in relation to the property is required but also to get some local advice with regards to places to visit, restaurants to go, events happening and other information that might be required.
Other things to note
An additional tax amounting to 50c per person per day is applicable according to new Maltese legislation. Such tax is capped / cannot exceed 5eur per person for the duration of the stay.

Smoking is not permitted indoors
No eating and drinking in non designated areas including bedroom and living areas
During October 2017 and between 23rd December 2017 and 2nd January 2018 check in time can only be accepted between 3pm and 8pm. Late check ins are not possible. Check out times remain unaltered.
Late arrivals after 8pm must be communicated with host before confirmation of booking. Late check ins incur an additional charge of 20 Eur.
From Jan 23 - 28, 2018 the minimum stay is 3 nights.
