Your studio is designed to provide a calm and stylish stay.
You have your own entry, carpark, outdoor area, bedroom and bathroom locked off from the rest of the house making it easy for you to come and go.
Set up like a hotel studio, there is a kitchenette with toaster, microwave and fridge, lounge space with TV and fire for winter months.
Note: there are no cooking facilities other than the microwave and toaster.

The space
Our property sits on 5,600 m2 and includes a large woodland garden of totara, matai, rimu and other trees.
The studio is around 25m2 plus outdoor seating area. The queen bed, kitchenette and lounge are one room with a separate dressing and luggage room behind the bed.
Views from the studio go out onto large established gardens with afternoon sun.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to wander through the woodland garden to enjoy the tui, fantails, bellbirds and kereru (wood pigeons).

There is a picnic table and seats in the garden so feel free to take your breakfast, wine or coffee out there any time.

Other things to note
There is a local supermarket, pub and Little Sprig bar, bakery (NZ famous) and cafe just 2 minutes drive or a 10 minute walk.

There are many Reserves, river, walking and biking trails all around us.

Your suite is attached to our house so not a standalone but it does have its own access and private area.

We have 3 dogs who adore humans but will welcome you with their voices. They will be behind our section fencing or inside when you arrive.
