The space
This is a truly unique, spacious and beautifully appointed 4 bedroom grand residence,Circa 1934, centrally located in Moonah.
The rate is for up to 4 guests, and up to a total of 10 guests can be accommodated at the extra guest rate.

There are 4 bedrooms, including two huge master bedrooms each with a queen sized bed and one with its very own ensuite and bath. Both of these also have their own wall mounted LCD TV's. Lovely low 4 poster beds compliment each room.
WiFi is complimentary.
Superfast NBN is also available using PAYPAL/Credit card from Flash Page for those guests requiring additional data and faster internet speed.
The 3rd & 4th bedrooms each have twin king single beds for guest comfort. There is also a fully sprung double settee in the formal dining room along with an 8 seat dining setting. All beds are
A cot and linen is available at $18 per night. There is no charge for an infant sharing an existing bed or using their own cot.

Adjacent the dining room is a formal sunroom with a comfortable twin leather chairs. A great place to sit, relax and contemplate the day ahead.

The formal kitchen is very well equipped complete with another smaller 4 setting dining suite, fan forced wall oven and hotplates, microwave oven, large refrigerator and freezer, sandwich maker, rice cooker, slow cooker, and full compliment of cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery.
There is even a sink muncher to dispose of waste scraps!

The formal lounge also has seating for all along with a larger LCD TV, DVD player and complimentary DVD library, a variety of games and books to browse and read as well as a large traditional bay window to capture the warmth of the day.
This grand double brick residence also contains modern but sympathetic touches such as continuous gas hot water, individually controlled temperature to all outlets and ducted central heating and air conditioning throughout.
Outside there is a private lawn area, clothes line as well as covered outdoor patio, complimentary guest BBQ and large outdoor dining setting.
Quality furnishings and linen are used throughout the property.
There is ample parking for up to 4 vehicles.

You have the entire home to yourself!
Access is from Charles Street opposite A1 Shiner's Car Wash.
Just drive up the grey paved driveway of the brick residence on the corner or Charles and Hopkins Street.
As our guest you have exclusive use of the entire property and it's facilities.
There is a private enclosed rear yard as well as a covered outdoor BBQ area complete with outdoor table and chairs.
Access is available 24/7 using the SMART LOCK on the back door. The SMART LOCK will allow check-in from 2.00PM on the day of arrival and up until 10.00AM on the day of departure. The SMART LOCK uses a unique code for your stay that will be emailed to you 10 days prior to arrival after you have provided valid credit card details for security. For guests booking under 10 days prior to arrival your SMART CODE PIN will be supplied as soon as cc details are provided.
Once you have received your SMART LOCK CODE please keep it secure and in a safe place as it is your only means of entry to the property.
If you experience a problem please ring reception on 0362578328 between 8.00AM and 7.00PM. Reception is not staffed after 7.00PM so there is no after hours support if you misplace your access PIN number.

Other things to note
Hopkins on Charles, although centrally located is surrounded by normal quiet residents. We therefore ask that during your stay that you respect the quiet amenity of the area.
It is not a "Party House" but a quality grand residence suited to those that appreciate the same.
Please note that check in is from 2.00 PM and check out by 10.00 AM on day of departure.
