This unit is a superb spot to relax and enjoy the beach life! Kick back on the oceanside deck and watch the sun go down. Fully equipped with all of modern conveniences that you require. There is a queen size bed in one room and two twins in the other.
Within walking distance is the Vilano Beach Town Center where you will find great restaurants, shops and a Publix grocery store. Turn right and travel over the scenic Usina bridge to reach historic downtown St Augustine, just two miles away.
There is a Common Pathway for All Residents to Access the Beach With Ease. On the way back in, we have an outdoor shower to rinse off the salt and sand.

This Rental Comes With Wifi, Cable TV and Everything Else That You Will Need to Enjoy Your Time at the Beach.

Property Manager will be available at all times during your stay.
Maximum occupancy is six (6) persons per rental unit. No subletting.
Renters and other occupants must be 25 years or older unless accompanied by their parent.
Any reservations made under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of any and all advance payments, and renter will (a) not be permitted to check in or (b) subject to immediate eviction without reimbursement.
Parking is limited to one (1) vehicle per rental unit, and vehicles are to be parked in designated parking area only. Additional parking on site is limited, and cannot be guaranteed. Any additional or illegally parked vehicles may be subject to towing; applicable fines and towing fees will be the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
NO SMOKING inside of buildings, near open doors or windows, in common areas, or within vicinity of other tenants or guests.
There is a pet fee of $10/day up to a maximum of $100. This fee must be paid prior to renter's arrival.
If renters bring pets and anticipate them getting on furniture, then renters are required to place a protective fabric covering over furniture. Protective fabric covering will be available in linen closet.
Dog feces (poop) must be cleaned up in plastic baggies and disposed of in outdoor garbage can provided. We will have other guests and possibly other dogs on the property during your stay.
No littering whatsoever including cigarette/cigar butts.
Rental rate includes a one-time linen and towel setup. Daily housekeeping service is not provided. Towels and linens are not to be taken from unit.
A washer and dryer are provided for the renter(s)’s use. Owner is not responsible for any damaged or missing items resulting from use of washer or dryer.
No refunds will be given due to storms or hurricanes unless state or local authorities designate a Hurricane Warning or order a mandatory evacuation for an area including the rental address AND during the rental period. Renter(s) currently onsite who must vacate the property due to hurricane warning or mandatory evacuation will be refunded any unused portion of rent. Renter(s) scheduled to arrive during a hurricane warning or evacuation period will also be refunded any unused portion of rent.
This unit is privately owned. The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or through the use of its facilities. The owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of Renter(s) or their guests.
Commission of any crime on the property by Renter(s) or any guest immediately terminates this Agreement and Owner or his agent shall have the authority to immediately enter the property and evict Renter(s).
Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved by owner in writing in advance of rental period.
