Modest and charming, this tidy apartment underwent a full renovation last year. You'll love strolling the Latin Quarter streets around Rue des Ecoles, experiencing the local markets, vintage cinemas, small neighborhood cafés and restaurants...

This apt is perfectly located! One block to Metro, close to shopping and restaurants. Lots of storage space in bathroom and bedroom for your things. Better suited for people who don't want to cook as the kitchen is miniscule. It is very nicely and simply decorated.

This may have been my best Airbnb experience ever. Marie's place was perfect for an extended single person stay. I was there for 10 days. It could also work for a couple for a short time. The small apartment was very clean, well laid-out, and had many amenities, including a washing machine and quite nice shower. The location is excellent; quiet, but close to transportation options, many cafes, maybe 10 bookstores, a few art-house movie theaters, and historic attractions. It is also only 10 minutes walk to the RER. It is in the interior part of an old apartment building, so does not get much natural light, but that did not detract, as it was very brightly light. Marie works close by, and came to greet me and show how everything in the apartment works. Highly recommended.

Marie was an absolutely perfect host. She welcomed us just as promised right in the front of the building and showed us everything inside of her flat. Her flat is very nice, it has everything one needs, even if you are going to stay for a week or more and everything is as described and as seen on the pictures. About Marie. She was very nice to us and we loved her right away. All in all her flat is just perfect for a stay in Paris and we are absolutely sure, that we are going to visit her again and maybe the next time we can go together to the restaurant, you recommended to us. We hope you are going to enjoy the rest of your holiday =)

Marie could not have been nicer! She greeted us at the flat and made certain that everything was ok and answered all our questions before she left us. Her instruction book was quite thorough and everything in the apartment was pretty much as depicted on airbnb. The neighborhood was very good with everything you could need and close to buses and train stations.

Marie's apartment is a perfect location for exploring Paris, and really close to lots of local shops and restaurants. Her apartment is very clean and modern and has everything you need for a city break. The bed was comfy and the shower was great too. Marie was a lovely host, very welcoming and gave me lots of tips on Paris and especially nice, authentic and non-touristy restaurants to eat at close by. Thank you so much for your hospitality Marie, I hope to come back soon!

The apartment is awesome. Exactly like the photos, maybe better. Clean, silent, well equipped, cozy and perfectly located. Five minutes walk from Notre Dame, several coffees, bistros, restaurants and a half block from metro maubert-mutualite, where is located an extraordinary open market (at thurdays, tuesdays and saturdays) of typical products (cheese, fruits, fois gras, flowers, sea fruits etc). We spent eight wonderful nights, sleeping like babies even with the work repairs in the building next door. Marie was a sweet and wonderful host. Explained how everything works at the place, gave us tips of good places to eat and drink (we drank a fresh and delicious rose wine at the bistro in the front corner during 'Les Bleus' match and ate a delightful entrecôte with aligot at the charming Petite Perigourdine). And everything in a few steps of home. Highly recommended! Was our first trip staying at an Airbnb apt and worth it a lot!

Marie was very welcoming and overall we had a pleasant stay. The location was great, right near the Pantheon, Notre Dame etc. All of central Paris was well within walking distance, although the Arc de triumph and Eiffel Tower required a bit more than a leisurely stroll :) The only negatives were a couple of issues that were out of Marie's control such as the renovations to the building next door directly outside the main windows and the crappy unseasonable weather, which Marie obviously couldn't do anything about!! We would definitely stay here again. Much better and spacious than a hotel room.
