This single bedroom is like no other, in that you'll have the unique advantage to enjoy the outdoors on my secluded acreage, so you'll never feel confined to your room.
Just 5 minutes to dining, drinking, swimming, and horses to pet & feed. Only a mile from the White Rock Arboretum for jogging or sightseeing, and 8 minutes from downtown.
This private room features a queen-sized bed, private bathroom (shower), private closet, and cable TV. Also gated parking.
The private room is easily accessible through the main living area, or through an adjacent sliding glass door across the hallway from the room.
Interaction with guests
If you need any assistance, I'll be nearby, on the premises, or reachable via phone.
Other things to note
You also may hear a nearby freight train a couple of times a day during your stay.
Please, no smoking indoors. There are plenty of relaxing areas outside for you to light up.
I'm a musician that is happily busy performing in several bands, and working in my recording studio on the premises. When I have downtime, I enjoy my friends, movies, documentaries, and my three sociable cats, Zappa, Ziggy, and Jet. I also enjoy relaxing outside on my heavily wooded acreage, listening to nature, the rustling creek, and the occasional train nearby.
As your humble host, I can provide you as much privacy as you need, since I have no close neighbors. I can offer you one bedroom & bath, the whole house, or secluded acreage to pitch a tent and "rough it". Chances are I'll have a band recording or rehearsing in my studio during your stay, so feel free to hang outside, listen, and chat with any musicians wandering around. But if you're in the house, you'll be spared the singing and the clanging!
