Listing was exactly as described. Adorable and spacious. Great location! Hosts were readily available and easy to contact. They left a full list of recommendations on places to visit and their top eats. They took the time to ask if we had an special requests or needs. Awesome listing and would definitely stay here for my next visit.

The Ashland Park house was super cute and in a perfect downton Lexington location! Autum was so accommodating and a gracious host. She answered all of our questions quickly and made great suggestions for local actives. We arrived at her clean and quaint house to a bottle of KY bourbon and wine to celebrate our arrival and the start to a great trip!

Family members and I spent the New Year holiday in Autumn's home, which was made available to us on very short notice. We found it to be as depicted on her listing page. The location was perfect for us, and the home was comfortable. Autumn was also very responsive to all contacts from us. There was a bit of a pet smell in the upstairs bedroom; however, Autumn advised that the carpet there is soon to be replaced, which should address the matter.
