The space

Beautiful fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 patio apartment with direct access to a heated pool and hot tub open all year round. Granite countertops, hardwood flooring, high ceilings and Internet connectivity with HDMI connection to a 55'' LED Flatscreen TV. You've even got a place to plug in your laptop with a wired Ethernet or wireless internet connection.

En-suite washer & dryer plus dishwasher microwave and gas stove. Indulge with a warm rain shower or a bath in any of the 2 full bathrooms.

Spend time with friends playing mini-golf in your own back yard on the roof deck, or bring the kids to the playground while you exercise in the gym, all of which are on the same floor as the unit. Indulge at the elegant Bar & Grill in the lobby or cross the street to get to Coquitlam Centre Mall to shop till you drop. 1 more block away takes you to Coquitlam Station which connects you to the rest of the Greater Vancouver region through bus or train. Everything is walking distance away, in a beautiful new urban area with plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from.

Alternatively, you MAY send mail to the unit mailbox however I will maintain possession of the key, providing you your mail at my convenience. I also would require a release of liability signed

**A note about my cleaning fee**
While there is a cleaning fee being charged, it is for on average 1-2hrs of cleaning which means it covers things like vacuuming, laundry, dishes, cleaning countertops, sweeping etc.... Preparation for the next guest, just as the place was clean/prepared for your arrival. Considering your rental is a long term rental an expectation of cleaning toilets, cleaning kitchen, bathrooms (as if it were your own home) still stands. Basically, don't leave the place a pig sty and never clean it just because a cleaning fee is being charged.

**GENERAL HOUSE RULES**
-Please respect my home as if it were your own.
-Maintain cleanliness of the unit (as mentioned above)
-Understand that if you damage something, it comes out of your damage deposit unless you fix/replace it on your own.
-Be respectful of the neighbors concerning noise/smoke
-Please Clean-Up after yourself
-Use common sense.
-ABSOLUTELY no smoking indoors, please smoke on the patio with the door completely closed.
-Keep noise levels down past 10:30pm
-Please be reasonable on resource usage (Heat, Hot Water, Internet Usage etc..). While it is an all-inclusive space, extreme circumstances will be looked at and potentially charged
-Pool and Hot Tub hours are 10am - 10pm.
-Excess charges due to Pay-Per-View orders or fines from building management will be charged to you
-Most important rule is to enjoy Vancouver! :)

**PET OWNERS**
-If you have a pet that does not have a litter box, they MUST go outside (not on the premises or the patios)
-Your pet MUST be potty trained. You will be responsible for charges pertaining to the cleanup of any staining caused by your pet
-Your pet MUST be disciplined. You will be responsible for charges pertaining to repairs of damage caused by your pet.
*note* Damage does not include normal wear and tear scratches on the floor.
-I understand pets shed, that's okay but ultimately you are responsible for cleaning up fur/shedding. If you leave the place with pet hair/fur all over the furniture or floor extra charges for cleaning may be charged to you.

Very nice and comfortable place. Convinient location - 3 minutes to any bus and SkyTrain. Big shopping mall nearby. Jon is a very friendly, easy to contact and willing to help host. Overall 6 out of 5.

The apartment is modern and comfortable, a very short walk to Coquitlam central and all its offerings. Also the building has a neat gym, a nice pool and an awesome hot tub, plus plenty of garden space, all on the same level as this apartment. Jon is a really helpful host, and had lots of great tips on things to do in Vancouver and surrounds, and knows some particularly amazing outdoor getaways for those who like to escape the city! Simply a great place to stay.

Right from initial contact, Jon was very accommodating even though we changed our arrival date. He met us and took us in a tour of the facility and condo. Everything was explained in great detail to avoid confusion. Any questions were answered as soon as he could. Great 2 bedroom accommodations, ideal location, secure facilities and parking. Would definitely recommend Jon's place as a home-away-from-home!

I stayed in Jon's apartment for about a month with my dog. I found it comfortable, clean and centrally located. Jon is very friendly was and always available to answer my questions and concerns. This flat is a great home away from home and I highly recomend it.

We stayed in Jon's place for about 3 months with two adults and two little children. His place was very nice, modern, and comfortable. The entire place has so many big windows with lots of natural light, and it just felt good to be there. Location was super convenient. A few minutes to the mall (including Chinese supermarket T&T), restaurants, public library (with great children's story times), and our chiropractors' office was right downstairs. We loved that Jon's apartment has an access from the bedrooms to the backyard (nice green lawn), little kids' playground, and swimming pool, which are all located on the same floor as the apartment. We used the backyard as if it was our own (it's a shared space though), since we never saw anyone else hanging out there. The outdoor swimming pool and hot tub is year-round (nicely heated) was a luxury. We enjoyed them throughout the fall/winter (even on rainy days!) Kitchen was quite well-equipped and Jon kindly told us to help ourselves to anything and we did. Salt, oil, vinegar, ketchup, flour, tea, even coco powder, much more items were already there. Thanks to that, we could start cooking right away without having have to buy everything. Upon arrival, we wished some more cleaning was done in some spots. But other than that, apartment was clean, and we felt right at home. Jon was a wonderful and caring host. Whenever we had questions or problems, he was quick to respond. During a small part of our stay, he was out of the country, but even during that time, he arranged for us a way to be in touch. We also appreciated he was very understanding when he saw that we rearranged furniture around to accommodate to our needs (especially for little kids). Thank you Jon for everything and for a comfortable stay...! Our family made many good memories while we were there.
