Lynn and I would just like you to be yourselves while you're here. If you do it at home, you can do it here (within reason, naturally). We usually get up around 6:00 A.M. and go to bed at 10:00 or 11:00. People tell us that if you hang around our porch long enough, you'll get to know everyone in the neighborhood. I should mention that there's a smoker in the house, so if you're extremely sensitive to cigarette smoke, this may not be the place for you. I don't smoke and it doesn't bother me at all, but I guess I'm used to it.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at David and Lynn's West End home. Their hospitality is outstanding, easy, and gracious -- from sharing drinks with us on the wrap-around porch upon our arrival to conversation around the breakfast table during coffee in the morning. The 3rd-floor apartment was comfortable -- since we were just two, we stayed in the master suite that adjoins the bathroom; but the other bedroom looked real nice, too. They have kept this historic Queen Anne home (dates from the 1890s) up, and are proud members of the West End Historic District. We enjoyed the half-mile walk straight down the street through the historic district to the Glass Pavillion and Toledo Art Museum.

This was the most incredible stay I have ever had. Lynn and Dave bend over backwards to accommodate. The space is wonderful ! Felt more like I was staying with relatives. We came as strangers and left as friends. Loved it!

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful home while we were in town for a Toledo Rockets football game. Dave and Lynn were lovely, making us feel at home right off the bat, meeting us out on the porch as we pulled in. They were very accommodating and generous with their time, letting us join them for coffee the next morning. Their outstanding historic home was comfortable and we had plenty of space on the third floor. From the kegArator on the front porch to the fridge on our floor and snack basket, we really felt at home. Will definitely stay here again when we head back for another football game!

Dave and Lynn were awesome! We loved staying with them! They always had suggestions on where to go and what to do which made it very easy for us to navigate the city. We really felt at home with them. Next time we head to Toledo, we hope to stay with them again. Thanks Dave and Lynn!

We had an incredible time with Dave and Lynn. They were such wonderful hosts and made you feel like part of the family. Their house is exquisite especially their front porch. We even got a chance to meet their welcoming friends. Their location is perfect- very close to the city and it's a friendly neighborhood. We are very grateful we were able to meet and stay with Dave and Lynn and their pups Einstein and Maggie. Hope to visit them again :)

Dave and Lynn were super friendly and their house is gorgeous. They also offered good intel on places to eat, and in the evening we chatted with them on their front porch over cold beer. Highly recommended!

Everything about this stay was perfect. Dave and Lynn are so welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were a great size and comfortable. The rest of the house is gorgeous and felt like home. Their two dogs are the sweetest and always ready to welcome us home at the end of the day. Dave had a whole list of great local eats and both of them had plenty of suggestions on what to go see. They really know and love their town. Never thought I'd say I look forward to my next trip to Toledo but I do!
